Best time is Sep/Oct when the rice is ripen in the terrace field or April/May when water flow into the field. July and Aug is the most rainy, Nov is cool and dry, around Christmas and New year eve is coldest maybe iced, late Jan& Feb is Lunar New year there are many festivals Depend on you
