  • Join me for a Compassion meditation.
    As we ease away from our days and connect to this moment, we breathe and use awareness of breath and visualisation to invite energy, Qi, Chi, Prana in. I will guide you to a place of compassion, love, peace, safety. A place of healing.
    We can silently register and name the painful emotions we need to release. Or put our trust in the Universe, to know what needs releasing.
    In using the simplest of traditional Compassion Meditation words, we'll create a space within us for happiness, peace and wellbeing. If we choose to, in this meditation, we can fill ourselves with these sensations, send them out beyond ourselves, into our communities.
    We come together.
    We connect.
    We can create Compassion in this way.
    We can shift global energies towards loving compassion.
    As I closed this meditation, a wonderful shower of rain started. Some might say that's because I live in the North of England and it rains ALOT atm. I prefer to think that it's this. I'm told, in many First Nation cultures, rain at the end of a Ceremony indicates it had been successful.
    Please come back to this meditation, this will stay here, always free.
    Together we can connect and, at a Universal level, make a shift towards Compassion over intolerabnce. Love over hate.
