I’m an “asthmatic” which I REBUKE but that’s commonly identified in western diagnoses, I use thyme to help open up my passages. The STRONGEST of attacks get destroyed.
My God is stronger than me, the doctors, and ANY diseases!

A fav of mine too. Thyme, rosemary, sage, mint, all together & maybe some dried nettle too as a tea just to enjoy whether sick or not, throw in some green tea & ginger for some kick!😋

For a medical tea, pour just under boiling water over the herb. Let rest with a lid for 15-20 minutes. Longer for a stronger action. Works on the upper part of the lungs. Loosen and expel mucus and reduce inflammation in airways.

Have lemon thyme in my herb garden and it is my new favorite...last 2 years it was lime basil and still a favorite. Have some leaves going in honey. WONDERFUL! and in sugar too, to give a hint of flavor.

Depending on strength/taste/action you’re looking for. If it’s for mucus thinning and expectorant in the upper lungs then use a tablespoon per 8-10 oz water. Pour just under boiling water over herb and let rest. How long you let it rest will determine strength. A decoction is tea left on a warmer for many hours. I leave mine on our wood burning stove for 10-12 hours or overnight for next day use. You can also add peppermint leaf to assist. Just a small pinch until you know how it acts in the tummy. Mullein leaf is amazing in bringing up stuck mucus from lower lungs. Hope this helped. 👍😊

I got mine from a pack at my grocery store I just picked the leaves off the bottom and threw it into a cup with some water. Once it started growing roots I potted it up. And it's taken off!!! It started as a sprig and it's turned into a small bush!

You may be ruled by yearning without realizing it. Do not let it shatter the truth of your story. We can no longer afford to live with selfishness. Stagnation is born in the gap where consciousness has been excluded.
