I was really unprepared for the draft for this season, watching you guys I made it to championship. Unfortunately lost Hurts, Monty, Chuba, and Njoku by then but you guys really prepped me well Thanks!
Congratulations on the Promotions my guys. You 2 are my Favorite Fantasy Football RUclipsrs. You do great work in breaking down the players and the Matchups iv learned so much from you 2. Thanks a Million. Jim Baltimore
I started watching you guys in August just as I was starting my research for this years fantasy leagues and your video for top players to select by round came in my recommended videos. I immediately subscribed after seeing the detail you went into for your picks and buyer beware options. Going along with your advice for the season. I ended up taking down 3 out of 4 leagues and going for another championship this weekend. Thanks for all the advice, Big congratulations on the promotion, You definitely earned it! I’ll be following you guys loyally from now on, you are among the best I’ve ever seen doing fantasy analysis and predictions! Thanks again guys!
Found the channel week of my drafts this year. Came back when I saw the position rankings week 1 and subscribed. Great year, I’m an absolute team building and draft nerd. I’m excited for what yall create for us 💪🏼👍🏼
Congrats on the promotions guys! Well deserved. You guys are my absolute favorite podcast and I look forward to every episode. Thanks again for all your hard work.
I love you guys and have been watching for years. I’m subscribed on 3 different accounts and you’re the only show I have notifications turned on. I absolutely hate best ball. It bothers me in so many ways. I’m glad you love it and so many others support it. Thank you for all you do
That's fantasy for ya 🙄 same thing happened in my league the winner/seeding ...love this channel, but deep analytics are so overrated for winning fantasy, lol. So much luck involved. My team got wrecked by injuries all year, despite going hard on the waiver.
Thnx gentlemen for the great content. I read some of your articles back in the day on rotoworld! I was on vacation for the last 2 weeks of the fantasy playoffs. I totally crushed it but I didn’t have time listening to anybody’s content. Devonta Smith was my MVP for the last 3 weeks.
Congratulations guys! You’ve built the best fantasy channel, it’s great to see all the hard work pay off! You two helped me win 4/7 leagues, can’t wait for more wins next year!
Won my 12 team 3wr league drafting from the one cmc, achane, Davante Adams, Lamar, Andrews, worthy, Ridley, B Rob, BTJ, Jamo. Picked up Jordan Mason right when Elijah Mitchell went on IR.
Won the championship this year. Late season injuries helped me get the trophy, so I would say it’s lucky. But loved this channel all year. I feel so much more informed than when I started the season
Big thanks to this channel for helping me win my fantasy league this year! Your info on BTJ let me nab him in the 9th round, and his playoff run helped in a major way.
Great job Josh and Hayden. I took 2nd and won High Season Points with lots of help from you both. Burrow final 8 weeks 3 plus TD's and Taylor and Brown RB's helped. . Took your draft advise on WR Collins. Started 0-3 and then went 9-2-1.
Yall definitely helped me take Nabers and BTJ in fantasy. But I think I mostly got lucky being an LSU fan, I tend to hit on my favorite WRs coming into the league.
It's so crazy that one play, from multiple games, helped put so many people in the money, or took so many people out of the top 539 in the semifinal week of Best ball mania this season. You had brian Thomas scoring a 50+ yard touchdown in the final minutes of the game and Devon Achane running an irrelevant touchdown in the final seconds of their game for no reason. Those two plays helped or hurt ALOT of people. Myself included. Went from first place down to 4th. After scoring over 200 the previous week. Man that was a rough out 😂 but hey, that's just how the cookie crumbles sometimes.
Ended up 10th in a 12 team full PPR league... Starters were Kyren, Josh Jacobs, BTJ, McLaurin and Garrett Wilson. Had Love at QB and Hock at TE. Got so unlucky on matchups almost all year. 😢 We go again in 2025!!
Never missed an episode all year. Won 5 Championships. Would have had a few more if not for W16 Jalen Hurts, Trey McBride, Joe Mixon flops. Congrats on promos! Truly appreciate Weaves!!
My first year strictly following J&H, and it was a huge success. I wasn’t needing to scour waivers all season long for starting slots. It was pretty much set and forget for all the players I drafted based on their tiers. My biggest L was Kirk over BTJ who were side by side in the tier rankings. I would have done better if I had drafted BTJ or a RB over Kirk. The second place team that knocked me off the semi finals had BTJ. Biggest assets to my team: T.McB, Josh Jacobs, Ladd McConkey (who replaced Rashee), and Dowdle. It also didn’t hurt having Denver D which Hayden mentioned early on the sickos chart.
Won the chip. My first 3 picks were Amon-ra, Jahmyr Gibbs and Achane. Traded hurts and McBride for Lamar and Kincaid mid season which inevitably helped propel me in weeks 16 and 17 to win it all when Hurts was out. 🤞🏽🥂🎊🏆
It makes sense the way that people were employing Zero RB and Hero RB that RBs would smash this year. Those drafting strategies drove up the WR values. This is why you can't have a set in stone strategy, you have to draft based upon what comes to you in your draft.
Can someone please explain bringback correlation please? I don't play best ball, so I'm unfamiliar with the term. Honestly, this channel has been amazing to watch this season and definitely improved my ball knowledge to the point where I feel comfortable drafting BBM teams next season!
I got wrecked in my home league this year, a little had to do with injury luck. But hopefully i can use some of the lessons I learned this year to my advantage.
Championship roster: Bo Nix (waivers) Kyren (round 2) Jacobs (round 3) ARSB (round 1) BTJ (round 10) Chig (waivers) Dobbins (waivers) Draft busts in draft pick up order 4. Waddle 5. Dell 6. Richardson 7. Worthy 8. Rome 9. Goedert 11. Gus Bus Streamed QBs and TEs all year. Struggled to drop Waddle, Dell, Rome, and Worthy which hurt me in the long run. Ended the season 7-7. I lost 3 of my games by less than 1 point. Still won the championship!
Thanks dudes. Good stuff. I lost godwin and rashee rice this year, and had nico on IR and still had jamarr chase and puka, JTand kyren to carry the load.
I think we've all learned that RBs are in fact who you want to draft in round 1 (and probably early rd 2)... not sure why everyone got so confused about the consensus top position to draft the last couple years
I went back and looked at my draft for my championship roster, I drafted Gibbs, JT, and Nico, rounds 1-3, and basically had no picks I regretted for RB and WR. Nailed it . I completely punted on QB and TE, leaving the draft with Taysom Hill and Goff. After week 1, I traded the CMC manager Mason + Worthy for Lamar + Kelce. Game over. My only regret was trading away Chase Brown for Wicks.
Drafted Gibbs at 10th in a 10 team league. That picked paid off big. Traded for Puca and AJ Brown when they were injured. Gave up on Terry and Bucky too early.
There needs to be a term that’s the opposite of victory lapping. I think the best way learn is through the whiffs cause there’s more information to to collect
I drafted both Dowdle and Chase Brown, and dropped them out of impatience. At least I still had Achane Gibbs and Rachaad. I will never have a team as good as I did this year
The worst call they made was Waddle. I say this because the reasoning was so silly and yes, I said this at the time. They had this bizarre theory that since Miami had so many blowout games they weren't pressing in the 2nd half and his stats were mostly from 1st half so in the new year he will most likely have more important 2nd halves and his points would go up. It's like they didn't realize that the blowouts were where he got his points and if there no blowouts his points would drop. And instead they assumed he would score much more without the blowouts. Made no sense. Although they did like Achane which was correct.
250 drafts this year had 20 make playoffs and 1 make a final unfortunately my final team was for a mini schnauzer draft and had ceedee lamb chuba hubbard and james conner. My most drafted players mahomes hollywood brown and zach moss that explains my terrible advance rate although i feel hollywood is gunna change kc offense and i think he would have been great pick with good health
Were the WR injuries more brutal than average this year? Puka, Rashee, Nico, Kupp, AJB, Davante, Evans, DK, Diggs were round 2-3 WRs who missed multiple weeks bc of injury, but were otherwise productive when healthy
Has underdog made their final payouts yet. I literally haven’t looked at my results since I finished drafting. I only did a little over 200 teams. I know I had to do pretty well just by the picks I landed.
Keeper options for next year, need 2 Bucky 16th round Achane 13th round (repeat) Chase Brown 10th round Ladd 8th round Kittle 6th round Nico 2nd round Bijan 1st round Gotta be Bucky and Achane right? their ADP will both be at the lowest mid 2nd round next year
You guys talk about all the players you were right about, but what players did you miss on? I want to know what players slipped past even professionals like you
Would love some insight on why the NFL landscape changed to a more run heavy approach than previous years. Is this because of analytics and going for it on 4th down and wanting to establish the trenches?
A lot more 2 deep defensive looks nowadays so lighter boxes. On top of that the NFL is usually cyclical, and the league has been getting more pass heavy and focused on speed and agility. So now teams want to beat that by being bigger stronger and more physical
Teams are running 2 high safety looks almost 20% more often than years past. It opens up the run game a lot more. Add on the fact that linebackers are more athletic and coverage focused in some schemes, RBs were relatively unscathed injury wise, and you get the rise of RB heavy approach this year.
I picked up Richardson to start in the chip cuz hurts was hurt,I was prepared to stream colts defense too, when they said Richardson was out I streamed no nix and Tampa bay defense and pulled it out,I also stream theilen
@ I did too but I didn’t draft him because I targeted hurts in a lot of leagues or I waited and grabbed tua lol that didn’t work but I drafted Daniels as his back up in 2 leagues 11th in one and 12th in the other,he took me to 2 chips I won one and lost the other by Gibbs late td run lol
My biggest 2 takes this off-season were MHJ was going to take some time to adjust to the NFL and not being fast enough to burn nfl defensive backs and they wouldnt make all the mistakes he saw in college. I said it would take him at least one season and hed question his ability...we saw all of that almost to a T... And then all these high tier WR in round 2 arent worth the value. You had olave, waddle, deebo, aiyuk, higgins, MHJ, sometimes flowers and DK all going in late round 1 or round 2 and yeah, injury played a part but, ONE of those guys gave you even decent value. Most of those guys just aren't consistent enough to trust drafting in round 2. Especially with the values you have potential to hit on later in the draft. I HOPE we learn something next year and we dont rank waddle, olave, etc as 2nd round picks. Because they havent been. Not when youre getting kyren, Saquan, Derrick Henry, Achane, Puka, And guys like that in the 2nd.
Using this off time to rebuild our oil reserves. For much more will be needed come September.
we must spend the off season fracking
@@michaelonmichaelonmichaelfracking crazy I say!

Also your content and takes translate into regular leagues too. Everyone should pay attention
Congrats gentlemen! Well deserved and an incredible get with the heed the call team.
Won the chip by beating the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd seed with a ragtag group. With only 1 player I actually drafted the rest were waiver and trades 😅
That's fantasy for ya 🙄 same thing happened in my league the winner/seeding ...love this channel, but deep analytics are so overrated for winning fantasy, lol. So much luck involved.

I definitely took nabers and jacobs cause of yall. Same with chase brown. Yall know ball
There needs to be a term that’s the opposite of victory lapping. I think the best way learn is through the whiffs cause there’s more information to to collect
I drafted both Dowdle and Chase Brown, and dropped them out of impatience. At least I still had Achane Gibbs and Rachaad. I will never have a team as good as I did this year
Oh. Just draft the good players next year. Got it!
Would have went back to back championships but Jalen got hurt in the semis. Looking to come back next year for a big win
The worst call they made was Waddle. I say this because the reasoning was so silly and yes, I said this at the time. Somehow got Nabors in R6. Benched him for a while but he ended up crushing
Chase Brown needed more love in this video
Shoutout to my fellow Amon Ra-Saquon owners who took em at the turn
You didn't like the Round 2 WRs during draft season either. You guys were right!
Keeper options for next year, need 2
Bucky 16th round
Achane 13th round (repeat)
Chase Brown 10th round
Ladd 8th round
Kittle 6th round
Nico 2nd round
Bijan 1st round
Gotta be Bucky and Achane right? their ADP will both be at the lowest mid 2nd round next year

I will get to this soon enough! It'll be fun. - Winks
Any blueprint rankings this week online? I have my final!
Haha. The hell with 2025. I am still trying to win one more despite losing CD, Connor, and Aubrey dropping an Eagle last week.

Agree Kincaid and Stroud were your worst picks in rounds 5 and 6. I went for both of them.
I always do the opposite of trends and it pays off got the chip this season
What round does JSN go in for '25?
Hero rb got me 1st in a league and 3rd in two leagues.
Anthony Richardson, Waddle killed me.
I picked up Richardson to start in the chip cuz hurts was hurt,I was prepared to stream colts defense too, when they said Richardson was out I streamed no nix and Tampa bay defense and pulled it out,I also stream theilen
@stizzle8174 I had Goff but I thought AR would smash.
@@JeramieW I also had waddle on that same team on the bench
@ I did too but I didn’t draft him because I targeted hurts in a lot of leagues or I waited and grabbed tua lol that didn’t work but I drafted Daniels as his back up in 2 leagues 11th in one and 12th in the other,he took me to 2 chips I won one and lost the other by Gibbs late td run lol
Chase brown! Late round league winner for me!
