Hi bhawna, After seeing this post i used this prayer as you mentioned for my really sour relationship. I was disgusted by the relationship which was turning bitter day by day. It was revolving in my head never let me into peace. Post which i wrote 10-20 times just the hoppononpono prayer. It felt light after writing it. Every night i made sure i read that script i used to feel anxious after reading it but i never gave up. Took complete responsibility. It took two weeks for me before i lost my anxiety and I didn’t care about her my anger was lost . Three weeks later i met her and she hugged me loved me while earlier the case used to be she taunted me cursed me.
