I knew commenting would have gotten me into some sort of debate... But to answer your question, what I meant was that Johnny tuned the other actors/actresses out and didn't look at their faces otherwise he would've lost his straight face because of their reactions to his improv. That's what makes him one of a kind, by improv-ing and not caring what anyone else thinks.
I don't know what confuses me more: the fact that Johnny _actually_ fell down the stairs and was uninjured, or the fact that NONE of the crewmembers approached him to make sure he's alright.
I'd guess it wasn't done in one take and they stopped filming after he fell, then resumed with him popping up again when they decided the falling was really funny. Movie magic.

This whole time-I thought this was one of Jack’s mental episodes kicking in, bc throughout the series he does nonsensical and abnormal things, which we can only assume are small glimpses into his psyche. I never questioned this gem as being anything else other than an authentic part of the script. So, to come to the understanding that this scene was a “happy accident”, makes this scene 20x better. It also, goes to show how professional and profound this entire cast was, especially for JD. I love his acting and honestly it was within Jack’s characterization to do something as absurd as to cheer over a jar of dirt. Everyone did there part. I remember bursting with laughter as a child in theaters to cackling over it now as a young adult. I’ve always been a fan of Johnny, but somehow he manages to capture my heart time and time again. Phenomenal!!! Hopefully he wasn’t badly hurt after that wicked fall, bc that was wild for something unscripted 😅

This whole time-I thought this was one of Jack’s mental episodes kicking in, bc throughout the series he does nonsensical and abnormal things, which we can only assume are small glimpses into his psyche. I never questioned this gem as being anything else other than an authentic part of the script. So, to come to the understanding that this scene was a “happy accident”, makes this scene 20x better. It also, goes to show how professional and profound this entire cast was, especially for JD. I love his acting and honestly it was within Jack’s characterization to do something as absurd as to cheer over a jar of dirt. Everyone did there part. I remember bursting with laughter as a child in theaters to cackling over it now as a young adult. I’ve always been a fan of Johnny, but somehow he manages to capture my heart time and time again. Phenomenal!!! Hopefully he wasn’t badly hurt after that wicked fall, bc that was wild for something unscripted 😅

So most people believed her at first even though Johnny depp denied it. but after the audio tape and the relase of many evidence and witnesses statements of people saying she never had the bruises she claimed she had, and others who witnessed her throwing things at him and being violent. We all now know Johnny depp was innocent.

Johnny is now suing her for defamation and the case was delayed for next year I think because of covid.
