Fishman "Keith Merrow" vs EMG-57/66 | Omega Obsidian - Test

  • I had the opportunity to quickly compare the Fishman Fluence Keith Merrow set vs. the EMG-57/66 on my Aristides 080 (8-string) guitar. Each set has its own character for sure, too bad the Keith Merrow one is now discontinued. Both of these samples were run through the Omega Obsidian, crushing tones for days!

      Hey thanks a lot. I personally kept the EMGs in this axe, I think they just have a more balanced spectrum... both rhythms and leads sound and feel better to me.
