Instead of disposing of Bell, Adler decides to spare Bell, resulting in Bell being recognized as an Official member of the CIA and subsequentially giving us a wholesome cutscene of the entire crew celebrating the victory.

Hard to say, due to the state of copyright law being essentially a free-for-all. From my limited understanding, this track can indeed be legally used royalty free as that was the license under which it was originally distributed; however, RUclips and other platforms may still copyright-claim it because they enforce copyright claims even if you have the legal right to use a track. For instance, TeknoAXE had many of his own original works copyrighted for a long period of time here on RUclips by a large music label called Believe Music. Even though the tracks were completely original, RUclips did not lift the claims until TeknoAXE and his fan base made a huge ruckus about it and forced RUclips's hand. The reason for this is that RUclips does not believe it will be sued by the individuals that make up its userbase, but they do believe that they could be sued by industrial music corporations like Believe Music. So, RUclips allows businesses to claim whatever they want and ignores complaints by its users. Wish I had a better answer for ya, but that's the reality of copyright law as it stands today. Artists often mistakenly think that copyright law exists to protect their interests, when in fact it exists to protect the earnings of corporations. After all, who lobbies the government for more copyright law -- the artists, or the corporations?
