You're exactly like me but from ages 11 to 14ish. I had a koine Greek copy of the new testament from my dad (Greek is my native language so I can understand) and I would take notes everywhere, and add sticky notes, highlight, add washi tape, etc. I hate several copies, that have accumulated throughout the years, often as gifts.

I don't know much about the rosary as I'm Protestant so I won't be doing a video on it. I really need ro do more research on catholicism as I'd love to know more - I've had a book on my shelf about it for ages but never gotten around to it!

I hope college will be nice for you, next year I will do exams too, either for a music related uni out or my country or to one that exists in a medium sized Greek island. Nordic nations are an option, but so is England. I feel like I've began building my life since October and I'm only moving forward, cutting out addictions. The part where you talked about things becoming idols and focusing on the things that matter resonated a lot, I think it can apply to any religion. I want to meditate more often, I had been doing it every day for an hour for almost a week but slacked a lot lately due to suddenly getting a social life. The part about "sometimes it does not get easier, you get better at it" is a lot of wisdom. I wish my younger self would have known this. Take care, not sure why I'm commenting, just needed to get some things off my chest.
I feel really happy that you felt comfortable enough to share your feelings on here! But yeah the idol thing is important, and even if you don't believe in God you can always have a look at your life and see which things are most important to you and you can have a think about whether you want then to be important to you or not. I have felt the most astonishment to a person because of her, it’s so lovely to have the light of your home with this values. She’s so lovely and sweet, I’m from the Philippines and honestly this are the qualities we look for. Most of the women from our country are not that feminine anymore because of western influences, i will protect and provide everything that’s our lolo (grandpa) taught us to do with feminine characters close to our hearts. Hey, you're part of my walk with God and i thought I'd tell you about it. So last year i started watching a show (I'm not gonna name it) with a religious theme and in that show was angel that was a lot like me but he stood firmly on gods side, and that kinda impressed me. I then watched the end where the sort of k!lled god and had a massive crisis because of it. That went on for a bit and developed into why doesn't God love me? And all the issues i had with God and religion came back up again. I then layed in bed and while i was having my crisis someone tapped me on the shoulder very gently but there was noone and i didn't understand who that was. At some point i felt a really strong urge to go out for a walk, so i walked down to the Danube (I'm from Austria) to sit on some rocks and in my head i kept talking to "god". I kinda used the actor portraying God as my therapist and told him about my issues. And i heard the question what do you need to believe? and i sayed i don't belive in a god that doesn't show up. During that time i was looking for dumb phones, i came across your review. I then looked through your channel and saw your bible study videos and thought how precious you were and that i wished that i could be like that, but for some reason i just couldn't get myself to watch them. After i came home from my walk i layed down in my bed and started cussing at God then i got really quiet and said 'yes God' and i suddenly felt this really beautiful, warm, loving feeling and i felt the presence of God standing in my bedroom. He then left and that feeling with him and i asked him if i could feel that again, and i did, then i asked what i got to do so that feeling would stay and immediately i opened RUclips and saw this video and started to believe in Jesus. That was on the 28th of September. After that i started watching your videos and i saw a video called "how to talk with God not to God" and there was a part where you invite God and i tried it and every time i felt him standing in my room. I also found the channel "off the kirb ministries" and he talked about walking with God. The next day i went out for a walk to the Danube and on the way is a "materl" which is a small religious monument and i felt God standing there but it wasn't like before, this time his presence felt huge almost like it was reaching up to heaven. I was kinda scared but not like scared scared idk how to describe it, it's quite a feeling but i told him that i actually wanted to go to the Danube and not stay here (i was kinda shy about it, it was more like poiniting and ehms). That presence was then gone and we continued to walke and on the way i started to tear up a bit. At the Danube i started to pick up some small stones and after a while I audibly heared a voice telling me that i had enough rocks, i then turned around to see who said that and i didn't see anyone and then i got kinda scared and i didn't know what to do and it was a bit too much for me in that moment, so i told him that i really like rocks and kept collecting them untill i calmed down. The voice was the most beautiful, warm, male voice i have ever heard, i wasn't scared of the voice at all. The following week i kept going out to walk with God. My grandma was in the hospital at that time and we all knew that she was dieing soon. So God asked me what i wanted and i told him 'i want my grandma to have a quick and peaceful death'. She died on the 4th of October. We were with her and she quietly fell asleep and died while holding our hands. I'm roman catholic and at her funeral we prayed hail Mary yk how one does and the following days i kept seeing videos of ppl saying you aren't supposed to pray to mary and basically that the catholic church is wrong and i of corse disagreed with them. I watched a video from " off the kirb ministries" about the different ways that Jesus might talk to you. One day after waking up God talked to me through my thought and told me that 'mary is not my mother' and apparently i did not understand my Catholic theology because i said 'i know' meaning that my mom is Sylvia and downstairs waiting for me. I only understood what he ment afer i watch another video about not praying to mary. God bless everyone who reads this and i hope to meet you in heaven one day.

It also says that when you believe in Jesus than you are saved. I'm not sure whether you are saved or not, but John 3 tells us we must be born again, which means we need to trust that Jesus and only Jesus can save us, and when we do we are spiritually born again. Do you believe that Jesus is your Lord and Saviour? When you do and make a decision to follow him and only him then you can be saved. I'd love to hear from you again. Some nice thoughts here. Have you ever considered reading the King James Version of the Bible? The English is based on the Greek Textus Receptus and Hebrew Masoretic Text, the historically authoritative texts that Christians agreed upon throughout Christendom during, and after, the Reformation. I read the King James Version from cover to cover a few years ago; the most invigorating reading experience I've ever had. The Lord is Good :) Not sure if you've read any of these, but I'd highly recommend them as a Christian reader looking to extent their library: - The Epistles of St Clement & St Ignatius - the closest to Scripture, without it being Scripture! - The Didache - early 1st/2nd century Christian handbook. - The Genesis 6 Conspiracy (Gary Wayne) - details the Nephilim culture we live in today. - Terra Firma 1901 (David Wardlaw Scott) - the best Christian book on the truth of God's creation. - The First Book of Enoch - truly epic account of the the antediluvian world! The thing with idols is that God said thou shall not have any gods before me. I am not sure about idols because the commandments is referring to God being the supreme god of everything, therefore you cannot worship anyone as greater than him. Do you pray to the computer, if no, than it is not a false God.
So in your opinion does the Bible the word of god and has authority over the church or does the church get to interpret the Bible in line with church tradition.
I don't know if this even has a chance of reaching you, but on the off chance perhaps its a message from your god, I think you should go back to ,marking videos they are truly enjoyable and you clearly have the knack for it. 5 months with no upload feels like such a waists of potential
