The Guardian isn't even an animal, but a homunculus built by the Drowned civilization. The Guardians never leave their monument, and they have a built in laser mechanism. Due to this, they are not an animal. Sure, Minecrraft has weird mobs, but a tanky fish that can exist out of water forever and shoot lasers out of their eyes, that is just not a natural thing. Skeletons be carrying infinite arrows, but they be dropping 0-3 arrows. Excuse me what the duck?

Funny thing about what you said about endermen teleporting before the arrow hits... Endermen DOES NOT actually teleport away from the arrow, they are actually just immune to projectiles which gives you the illusion that they are teleporting away from projectiles.

You forgot that they also attack when they see you looting bastions or nether gold ore. So make sure to cover yourself before doing so
