NYC Walk | Hudson Yards, High Line & Meatpacking District in July 2024

- I take a walk in Manhattan from Hudson Yards and on the High Line Elevated Park to Gansevoort Street in the Meatpacking District. I then take a walk over to the Chelsea Market, a mixed food hall, shopping and commercial space. The High Line Park was pretty busy, and it was great to see all the new art on display.

That was a gorgeous, breathtaking walk on the High Line! It looked amazing in Manhattan, and the trees 🌳 ane plants have grown in nicely! 🌸🌼🐝 The bees just complement the beautiful and solitude of the scenery so well!

I remember the winter of 2019 (I guess) when I proposed to ActionKid to make more narrated vids. There was even a kind of discussion started by him upon this matter. Glad to see he practices the narrated vids, glad that I'd made this humble installment to the channel. It was more than 5 years ago. Since then he often strayed away from Manhattan, so I almost leaved the channel. Great to see the old times "return" and the City is back again on the channel 😊

Good walk to show people, I would have too much to say re: High Line, bad and good, to go on about it here.
It's good that landscaping matured to provide shade. On the first section in the heat, early on, the concrete surface and the steel became insufferably hot.
I think echinacea yellow flowers!, (19:30)very careful garden arrangement with all it’s flowers and trees ! We love highline , thank you AK 🌼

Hello there..concerns...
In Highline paths..alot of iron sheets are laid...this is noise..disturbing the residents..also the walkers..
So solution for this is coir mates..
there's in trivandrum..you will get it from coir board office you can reachable there...
So back in business..about the mate laying..
Use Grass mates..on good base strong fibres of 1-3 inches..this will be like cushions..but not too much cushion type..this may less durability..So this will be in green colors..likes grass lawns..make sure the fibre is well dryed out and strong..also green color is durable..
The speciality of coir mate is smell less..if rainy seasons..if you use rubber fibres this will more smells..So coir mates are good in these paths..only prohibit smoking on paths..on mates..this is fire resistant..but slowly fireble..so care is required..
Care in base..color and treatment of the fibres..
First test this mates on the iron sheets..if good we can use this on any parts of the paths..
This mates laying helps to reduce sound of foots..can avoid sweeping..only needs vacuum cleaners..smells less..weather friendly..
Also this mates are good for the ground floors of the buildings variants of designs and colors..anybody can try this in good price..for you and for the manufacturers..
You can getable the door pieces of mates..of different colors and designs..as models..customer can select there's choices..and get there proper size..
Anyway..now these factorys are closed because of dirty politics..
So avoid that way..
