@@Pabbly well the other process of using Web-hooks api seems simpler than this process of whatsap api... now my question arises. are these two process deliver the same results when am using webhooks api and using whatsap api ?
I followed the steps carefully but when I send a message to my number connect to the WhatsApp cloud API, the webhook/response didn't triggered in pabbly connect. Nothing happened. Then I went to my webhook section in WhatsApp cloud API and click on the "test" after I had subscribe. Then It triggered in pabbly connect. Why doesn't it work when I receive message in my number connected to the WhatsApp cloud API?

hello, in this workflow i can see only the messages that I received. how i can also see the messages i sent? in the response of the sent messages there isn't field that contain the message

@@Pabbly they say that there isn't an option to get the sent messages in WhatsApp. I don't understand why?! the receive messages we can get and the sent message no? there is not other service out of WhatsApp cloud API that can save the history message (received and sent)?
when i use this message is send but not received on watsapp .... but if i use by default template the message is goes on watsapp.... can you tell me why?
