I work for Honda Mfg. in Marysville, OH. I remember these beauties coming down the assembly line many years ago.👍🏻 P.S. I have a PMC TLX #21 and it's absolutely gorgeous!!🇺🇸
What a mint example of the TL type S such a beautiful car even 15years later! Love the oem plus route guys! I've always wanted one of these especially in manual like this one. Great video guys hope to see more on this TL.

Awesome job guys, it's great to see the pros fix cars as it all flows like a well oiled machine, if I was doing it there would be a lot of scraped and cut hands, scratching of the head and a awful lot a swearing 😁 but you just get the job done. I do like your wheel alignment setup, I remember just getting it near enough with a bit of string and some blue tack, god I'm getting old!! 🤣 John UK.
Flex Z's were my choice on my 3GTL Type-S. The ride is surprisingly comfortable even set at about3/4 (12 front/10 rear) stiffness which I find the sweet spot for the roads here in Houston.
why is it that type s owners seem to have the best taste xD all videos i see of base models are lowered on air shocks, i am not a fan of extra breaking parts on my vehicles. Manually adjustable coil overs are the way to go. Set it and forget it.
Okay did I miss something in a previous episode. Is that factory original color matched paint. That thing looks sick. I am taking pointers for my '04 refurb. Ya'll are making this car look right.
Any tips on where one could find a decent dash board that’s not all cracked up? I just got an 06 Acura TL and while the outside looks great the inside definitely is going to need lots of work
Wow I love the build of this Type S. I've been following all along. You guys do exceptional work! I own an 07 Type S and was leaning towards the Tein Basis Coilovers. How's the ride quality overall? Is it a soft ride?
Thanks for the support. The ride is surprisingly very good and no bounce at all. They don't have extra adjustment such as dampening and etc but we highly recommend them if you are looking for great value, performance and look.
@@ahcgarage Thanks for the feedback I appreciate it. How do you guys like the AEM Cold Air Intake? Any feedback? Thanks again and keep up the exceptional work 👏
The Aem Cold Air Intake offers great sounds and decent performance gains. However, it does have some downfall like weather restriction, which applies to all aftermarket intake system, including some oem system
@@ahcgarage yes I love the videos awesome job! but my father has the same car and the same crack on his dashboard I was wondering if you guys knew the cause?
Where can I get the Aspec body kit? I have the exact exact same car and I want the kit, I have mine lowered on Teins as well, I have an Xlr8 catback on it too, highly recommend that exhaust
Maybe 4-5hp from the cold air intake. As of the ride with the Tein Basis, it rides super smooth. A bit more sportier than stock but not overwhelming. Highly recommended
@@ahcgarage nice! Are you talking about type-S? Because that one is a super stiff ride stock! And it handles so damn good. Even better than my 14 tsx I had, and that one was damn good. How much better is the handling? If you could possibly judge in terms of % increase.
