I even contacted Stoeger and asked if I could buy one their probably the ones they send out to be tested and reviewed and sent back either way I love my STR-9 I like the heavier slide better for +P and I thought my trigger felt great and my magazines dropped free as a bird
I like how small it is for open or conceal carry than my canik tps9sfx. Dont get me wrong I love the canik but the stoggy is a bit easier for open carry
Come join us next year at the Siam International IDPA Championship. It's a great match, the dates are not yet set but we aim for beginning of February!
The pistol performed great. Above all, the ergonomics fitted me perfectly. Apparently, some Glock holsters should fit as well but I didn't test that. More spare mags are ordered. The mags are the only weak point I could find, it seemed to get better with use and there were no malfunctions whatsoever.

Actually, I was co-MD on that match back in 2020 in Thailand. I am participating in and helping with matches when I am in Thailand. But, unfortunately, I can't speak or write Thai yet.

That's how we got it in South th Africa at the time. Those were the first coming into the country. No special testing version as far as I know.
It's because of the company that ships it into south Africa is different then the distributor say in the US

I think it has a good size for carry. The sub-compacts I have tried require much more practice to shoot and manipulate effectively.
