Nobody who owns very valuable and expensive things (e.g. sports cars, luxury apartments, clothes, bags, shoes) would spoil them by unnecessarily “decorating” them in the way tattoos are used on skin. It stands to reason that we shouldn’t deface the most irreplaceable “property” we have, our bodies.

Yeah, the correct clothing won't show body shape. And you could also question the point of covering up if they use make up. But that doesn't mean their hijab is pointless, it just means they can still improve their practise. Seeing muslima's wear hijab even if not complete or entirely correct still makes me proud and happy. May Allah (swt) guide all of our sisters and grant them even greater ahlak and deeper understanding of modesty and shame.

If Allah created you perfect then why do you get circumcised?
I suppose the same can be asked ie why do humans need to cut their hair? Trim their nails? Wash up after passing motion? Get their milk teeth taken out and brush as well as floss their teeth daily? I am no scholar but my observation is that these are things that only Humans do for cleanliness sake as we are furnished with intellect that is far superior than other creatures on Earth. Perfection in a human of course is relative as the only perfect one is God the creator.
I have never seen animals shaving their armpits or circumcise their babies. These are activities of more superior beings with highly developed intellect. Hope that helps you in your question somehow.
