the flashing lights is an application so is the lighter.... why do you think he picks up the fone at 58.. so that you wont see where he goes in the menu.. he also presses the lower right hand button if you haven't noticed -____-

The flashing lights and the lighter are not secret tricks. They are actually apps that you have to buy from the download catalog. If you watch closely, he scrolls to them. Then, while pretending to enter key combinations, he just hits Enter on the keyboard which launches the app.
Actually he doesn't. I have a SK08 and i never once bought that crap flashlight app. And the flashlight trick worked fine for me. the Mirror and Snowbored game works too. The only one that didn't work was the flashing light one. It may very well be the version of software on your phone as well. If you don't have your Sidekick set to recieve automatic updates that could be the prob. Otherwise they work fine. no need to download apps.
