For an instance, For all we know Haewon knows a lot of songs but during a show they were asked to guess songs and sing/dance to that song if they guessed it right, she always steps back and let the members guess, same thing when they had a fan meeting, she lets her members get the spotlight, she just cheers for them afterwards.
