    So my question is, is the 324.05 what you can use on the card or how much you've used the card?

    Can we pay early? Or is that bad?…sorry I’m new at this

    • @TruFinancials
      @TruFinancials  8 месяцев назад +6

      Yes, you can pay early. No, it's not bad. I personally pay sooner than the due date as I don't like having a large balance built up.

    Hi, how long does it take for the status to change from pending to done after I have made the payment?

    • @TruFinancials
      @TruFinancials  Год назад +5

      Typically 2-3 business days. Holidays and weekends extend that.

    So if I pay the statement balance in full before the due date am I able to leave the current balance for next month w/o interest and hurting my credit score or have it all payed before the (next closing date)

    • @TruFinancials
      @TruFinancials  2 месяца назад

      Correct that you won't be charge interest on that amount. As for your credit score, it can "hurt" your credit score as it increases your utilization. Usually it's just a few points at most.

    Do you recommend paying on the actual due date or days before? Will they charge interest if I pay on that exact due date?

    • @TruFinancials
      @TruFinancials  Год назад +3

      If you have it scheduled to pay the balance on the exact due date/statement date, you won't get charged interest if the satement amount is paid in full.

    Chase credit tracker says it checks once a week on Friday but the status never changes until the 5th week Friday so what's the point of the once a week check?

    • @TruFinancials
      @TruFinancials  2 месяца назад +1

      Not sure why they do that to be honest

    Why doesnt chase have a Bi-monthly payment option. I think they just want to keep collecting more interest from customers..?
