No hate or anything but you should have tried using a metal spoon like they showed in the directions... I love your channel though!

My son got this for Christmas. Loves it. The pink one came out absolutley perfect, the purple one self destructed before the seed rock came out. We now have a green and blue one growing, and are due to be "harvested" either today or tomorrow.
I am actually planning on using a Dremel bit to grind the seed rock out rather than chance destroying any more!

You should used a metal spoon and you squeezed it way to hard after the seed pops out. En let it dry some more sinds it so wet after it comes out of the water

I want you to try again without the seed thing. And use some of the broken crystals. For the new to attach to! I 100% think it will work!! I do not think you have to have the seed!

for total zoomers: make sure the place where you keep'm while they grow is leveled,this gives you an equal thickness of the walls, before pulling seeds out let'm dry for 2-3 days , and most importantly - never wear a ( fake, plastic) long nails when you work with your hands

The newer ones do not need the seed removed. The newer ones also either only come with 2 silicone cups or none and ask you to use your own glassware

Thanks for your review. I'd given up on removing the seed rock before I saw this lol (because I demolished the Red one). I tried again afterwards and removed 3 successfully thanks to you. *You have to Chip off the crystal base around the seed rock and pull (with fingers) until the suction let's go.

Your mistake was using a aluminium kettle to heat the water. It makes a bad reaction with the crystals and it breaks them all up.

Hey, thanks for this video! We were really struggling with getting the seed rocks out of my daughter's crystals, and my husband had just busted out the drill. I'm pretty sure we would have wrecked the crystals completely without your video!

I think you should have let the pink and purple crystals dry before taking the seed rock out, but the white and blue crystals came out beautiful.
