Playing solo is exactly how I started and I don't regret it. If I play with people how on earth is that teaching me anything while they rush through quickly explaning things? That doesn't work for me.
If you started solo then that's fine, I still feel like vital info is being missed if someone dosent bring it up at some point, and if someone is explaining something by rushing though any given topic then of course that won't help, hopefully whoever you ask actually walks you through the subject properly.
WF is the type of game that starts off good, and becomes AMAZING if you really put in the work.
"it's not good to go in solo"
Me, modding a weapon with -120% damage: You underestimate my power!
5:43 NEVER ever recommend 3rd party softwares. if their anticheat randomly picks up on it and auto-bans you.... they wont unban you
ok, so ive done some looking and it seems no one has been banned using aleca frame, plenty of people have been using it for a good long while and it simply streamlines the trade research you would normally do, that being said the common consensus is use it at your own risk, and as such i will say the same.
Well i got banned using aleca frame. If it isnt aleca then idk what else is because Support told me to go f myself for using "cheat software". Id say dont use aleca and stick to warframe market.
After arguing with Warframe players for years, I've realised that solo players are completely different to public players, like completely. In a game where you can clear a room (sometimes even two) with a single button/click, or fly (Titania), dance (Octavia) or speed (Gauss, Volt and Saryn) through missions in a minute or two, solo players actually don't mind using single-shot precision-weapons like bows and taking 10x longer completing missions that the game can force you to have to do a hundred times.
Is there a right and wrong way to play the game? No, not really, but you have to factor in how much time you really have to play the game in between real life stuff, and speed and efficiency are the only real way to get through the grinds in a reasonable amount of time, especially when 90% of your gameplay is going to be maxing and selling those things you grinded so long to get to make room for the next thing you need to max out for mastery exp. From personal experience it's best to speed through these grinds, take your time with the lore and quests, and eventually you can slow down and enjoy the game once you've maxed and sold/subsumed everything you won't be using again, using the Warframes and weapons you are keeping and upgrading after not having to worry about slots anymore.
I been playing on and off for 5 years now. Built my own dojo from the ground up myself and run it completely alone because I have no friends who play this game lol. Pretty much always run public matches, but never really talk to anyone at all unless someone asks for help, or when trading. Warframe to me is a game with so many options and a lot of different people who play it. As long as you're enjoying the game, there's no wrong way to play. Just have fun :)
Hey, I mean at the end of the day that's all that matters!
the way i got into warframe was my husband helping, and money LMFAO. not even gonna lie. but honestly the 50 dollar mod booster pack saved me from a lot of headache. best pack next to the dante pack, with those 2 i had a bit of plat and got octavia and ive been really good with her. my husband and i are enjoying the game so we spent some money on it. we like to take it slow and just enjoy our time together. right now im trying to grind out the voidrig, its been at least a week and im just so addicted to the game. 10/10 most fun ive had in awhile.
Nice, that's my ethos too. The game has so much amazing stuff that no other game touches. I'm happy to spend money to support DE. I have 2.5k hours in Destiny 2 and still hesitate to spend any money on it. I've spent more on warframe in the 300ish hours I've played because of the sheer amount of story, gameplay, systems you get to toy around with for free. Also, I'm a little envious that you get to go on that journey with your husband. That's so awesome.
My girlfriend got me into Warframe (she has been away for a few years herself). After two weeks now, I am addicted, but also frustrated. It seems like every single activity and system in this game is unnecessarily clunky and complicated, from trying to group with others to each individual system (factions, planet rep, liches/sisters, builds for frames/weapons/companions/archwing/trashcan (I mean necramech), events, eidolons, etc. etc. etc.) requires hours of reading guides and watching videos to BEGIN to wrap one's head around it...because there's so little synergy between them. It feels like this is a patchwork game where every year it got a whole new dev team who tacked on a new system completely ignoring all of the other systems already there. To anyone considering playing Warframe...it requires a HUGE time investment and is the most Casual unfriendly game I've ever experienced.
Hey same here! And I have to agree with just about every point you made, it bewilders me that so much goes into the game without much cross-mechanic synergy, but I guess if one were to focus on a couple of side aspects of the game then they can without worrying too much about hurting other aspects of a build/whatever.
But yeah, it wouldn't hurt if some of those dissonant aspects were better woven into the game as a whole
pro tip for mastery rank tests: visiting Cephalon Simaris in one of the Relays allows you to practice a Mastery Rank test without "wasting" your one daily attempt. First relay is on earth, if you cant find Simaris press esc>fast travel> cephalon simaris - its the corridor to your right from where the fast travel puts you
You can also practice your test from your menu if youre able to rank up. When you select it (xbox) press x to practice and a to actually do the test. Its in the bottom right corner
A great balanced look, thanks for sharing your thoughts!
Bro said it's not good going solo then you have me using Nidus Prime for fun doing an solo survival missions against 100+ level enemies 😂
bro didnt read the title
Good video, wish this was out when I got back into the game like 2 months ago but as someone who just finished learning the ropes, you made every point I would have made : )
Glad to hear that! And thank you for the kind words
Thanks a lot. Now I'm going to be singing and humming "We All Lift" and "For Narmer" for the next week lol
My b lmao
Great video Im exactly mastery rank 8 and Im trying to get more familiar with the game
Hell yeah dude! Prepare to be... a little overwhelmed lol
Great video, thumbs up (Liked). But there are some things i would like to add up. Having veteran friend is good and bad at the same time. Good for informations and some kind of help, bad for making it easy for newer player which means there is no self-development. If you get everything served up to your nose, then it will not be fun at all. Progress can be slow. But that also depends on person. Let's do like simple math scheduling. Weapons will finish building after 12-24 hours. Warframe parts goes to 12 hours and whole Frame goes for 3 days. If you can schedule it, then it's not as slow as it might seem. But great video, keep going, hope you will do well in another tip/guide video if you will be making one any time soon.
True true, having a veteran with you dosent necessarily mean they'll let you make your own progress, and I also agree about scheduling weapon and frame building
@@Princemouse9 One friend that from time to time plays and he is comparably newer to me. I do help him since i am like.. Sort of veteran. I've been playing this game for 8 years but well i went with very slow progress, only getting what i wanted what i was interested in. But i gave my friend knowledge he needed, from time to time even helped. But not too much since he was able to achieve many things on his own. It's great game. And keep making videos, if needed some kind of info or smth to add, you are feel free to ask if needed. Just wish best to warframe creators.
Totally agree. I just got my friend to try out the game. As a vet, I gave him some infos, I didnt help him much about his progression, I mostly observe and help only when he's stuck. Recently I helped him get the Mesa from the circuit, that somehow lost him.
I won't say every newcomers are like my friend, my friend felt a little demotivated as he spent quite sometimes to finish getting mesa from the circuit but was not able to craft it. Now, every times he finish a mission, he just go to the foundry checking whether he could craft it, and he said "it's annoying, playing as one warframe is boring, i got mesa but cant use i, and also I have to wait for +3 days to craft".
My point is, sometimes, inviting friends, we have to limit as much as infos so they won't have so much in mind, just enjoy and let them explore on their own.
bonus: I haven't told him that the mastery will increase his standing limit =))
@@dokusan6629 Well Warframe can be sometimes demotivating. But afterall it's still a grind game. I mean there were some stuff that pissed me off as well. But still managed to get through it
I remember downloading this game a couple years ago. It was fun but I was so lost that I ended up uninstalling
Now, I been dying to get into a looter shooter and this game might be my choice, it still seems complicated AF dou lol
And it is, but sticking with it is definitely rewarding for sure, Lotta systems with a Lotta stuff to look forward to
I been on a month plus just grinded Rhino 😆,archwing, and now trying find out for one how to level up companions far as mines is maxed but I noticed other people have numbers by there companions and I can't figure that out also it's a lot to do with very little explanations you just figure it out well I did and am😮

After completing the star chart what do you do?
Honestly, steel path stuff, arbitration, and other stuff locked behind star chart stuff, steel path gives double rewards and affinity, so it's good if you wanna grind mats n such, if you can handle it
Do incursions which reset daily, those Unlock random nodes. Get arcane adapters from Teshin on any relay. Finish every quest you have(except waverider, we dont do that)
Pick up the quests from The Perrin, new loka, cephalon suda. Farm the frames from regular star chart assasinations. Max out Ostron, Entrati, solaris united standing.
*Spoilers*
Do lategame stuff like Netracells. Sortie. Archon hunt and such, you might need a squad for that. Crack relics. Practice bosses: Terry,Garry,Harry(eidolons) Profit taker. Exploiter orb.
Also grind mastery. Buy weapons from market for credits. Go to dojo and also buy em all. I have a F2P Mr30 acc eith 2.2k hrs and a P2W Mr 21 acc with 450hrs
@@adorjandaniel7558is there a benefit in having two accounts?
bro, can i join your clan lol
Tip #1 dont ever play the game
