So relaxing and utterly exquisite. I couldn’t tell you which area is my favorite. You have done so much and it’s gorgeous. That’s where I would live...with my pillow and the music. Yep. thank you for the tour, just lovely. I am slowly getting many of my plants put in containers because of voles and gophers so seeing how beautiful they can be placed around is so encouraging. This year I did Dahlias in containers and I can't believe how well they have done.

Laura you have transformed the entire area to a peaceful sanctuary. Early morning is beautiful and quiet just the place to have coffee. I enjoyed this video not just for the beauty but the ability to see the entire garden as you see it walking out your door. I watch your videos because they are full of useful information but I enjoyed this type of video also. And the cute little bunny didn’t hurt! 🐇🌿🌻🌸

Thank you so much Laura! I can always count on you to bring me a smile on here. Goodness, I feel like that bunny is my pet at this point. I even look for it when I go out. 😂 On weekdays, maybe 1-2 hours when my husband gets home from work. On weekends. My gosh, sometimes all day with small breaks. I’m definitely winding down now, it’s far too hot. I hope you are doing wonderful!

Absolutely charming. Every little detail you added has come together in a beautiful, organic way. Love all the bunnies, especially the real one! Can you please do a video of your lighting and fountains - what is hardwired/solar, plumbed/solar, and if you have an irrigation system? If you have videos already, please reference as I am a newer viewer this summer.
I especially love the new birdhouse and the new glass bird. You have done an awesome job - this is a wonderful outdoor living space!
Also would love to see a twilight/night time walkthrough to showcase all of your outdoor lighting.

I'm so curious - you did away with garage access? Where do your cars go in the NJ winter?
It was only a one car garage and so small we actually used to bang our door into the wall to get in. 😂 We turned it into a garage when we moved in 18 yrs ago. It was more of a big shed with 2 manual double door like a barn. We park in the driveway or out front. The driveway is very long so 2-3 cars can still fit.

Just Lovely, the Dahlia's are so Gorgeous.! I bet you spend all day out there, such a beautiful garden to relax in, and take in all your hard work. Was thinking your basket with the house number would be nice out by the gate, so sweet for passers by to see that. Oh my, what a brave bunny, sit still and she won't see me, i love them, even if they do eat my flowers and veg., I'm happy to share.

I have just discovered your channel through Linda Vater. I am in love with your house and garden. How big is your lot? It obviously isn't huge, but you have done a lot with it. I actually like smaller properties b/c it is less overwhelming. My lot in CT is 50' by 150'.

Thanks for sharing, 105 degrees here in the Napa Valley, CA. with 5-6 more days of this heat predicted. Just watching my garden suffer along with me, just keeping on top of watering and we'll see what happens.

Hello Laura - Your garden looks absolutely stunning. Thank you again for taking us on a tour of your beautiful garden. I am going to take a page from your book and stake my dahlias with small terra cotta pots upturned on the stakes. Question: Where did you purchase the bands you used to tie the dahlias to the stakes? And I so enjoyed seeing that sweet bunny 🐰 in your garden. I know they can be the bane of a gardener, but the slugs and snails that eat my flowers aren’t at least cute too look at like bunnies are ☺️ Blessings to you and your family.

Thank You for the garden tour with the music with it, I feel I can stop it and just look at something without being in a hurry to catch up to finish. Love the close up of your Dahlias. Love everything you have done and changed in it. I do have a couple questions 1. is what made you change your driveway into a garden where you live the winters are hard and no garage to put at else one car in. 2. will you have to change the positions of any of you plants for next years planting. Just simply gorgeous, just what I, we need right now. Keep up what every you are doing it is paying off. Stay Safe and Garden on.

I’m in zone 7a NJ. Thank you so much! Those are from Bower & Branch. I can’t say enough good things about them. Out lot is pretty small. 3120 square feet roughly for the whole back yard. We used to have much more space but had a family room added on about 7 years ago.
