Congrats!! Glad to see this. Getting a looming but important repair project done is always a huge relief. Nothing is ever straightforward, but glad you got it there. biting the bullet on two new arms must have felt like a shame in the moment (compared to the 💸 plan), but I agree it sounds like a good long term investment for the rake and your peace of mind. 🎉

Is there an stop adjustment so it can"t rake the ground, just hay ?

Yes there’s a screw with a handle on the back end and an adjustment screw in the front cylinder to level the rake out how you want it
