Appreciate your home made idea,,but I sujjest you to use polished ss 2.5mm sheet for clamps& brackets,,jst get it bend on hydrolic press rather then using Ms and welding, coz you don't need to paint it & it wont get any rust issue,rest fiber glass stuff is ok..
Yeah great idea karan.....i worked with what i had lying around......for people going to buy stuff to make this, buy SS and bend it as karan said.......i wanted to bend the MS plate by myself but the bend radii should be close to half the thickness of the rear door plate, which was pretty hard job...so i cut and weld it..... :-P
The angle you've done it is going to lift the back up, and you'll be flying around. It's supposed to be angled the other way to push it onto the ground, negating the low pressure beneath the car. Still, incredibly funny.
I was so disappointed bro being a design engineer you might know that spoiler does no justice apart from looks coz alto is a FWD. and another thing i think that spoiler wouldn't with stand higher speed wat do u say??
