DUDE. That is the most beautiful Lobster Tail presentation I've seen, man! I don't really eat shellfish like that, but my wife LOVES it. I've done them on the grill a couple of times so far, and while she liked them well enough I wasn't happy. I needed another level before posting them to the channel. THIS IS THAT LEVEL! I haven't seen ANYONE season and dress the whole lobster tail like that bro, that looks amazing. I'm doing it today. The whole meal format is fire too.
