Paray is so sexy! Love these videos
Tomorrow is my first day of Level 1 IT support technician. I’m so excited at the same time, worried and anxiety in my mind. I can do it!!

@@JohnnyVee007 As overall, I like my job so far, this is because work environment and 2 other IT team members are chill and knowledgeable, who always helping me out. I am blessed with what I have got
My job role now is

* Changing of backup disks in server rooms

PS: I was doing exactly what he is doing today, installing Hardware and software(Device management software which allows me to access PC etc) Hope these helping you have an understanding of IT Tech job role!!!
How did u apply for the job? And what do u need to get the job
@@Saidsailor i applied Indeed on online.
I needed a qualification in Information Technology and intern work experience.
Thankfully, I got the IT support tech job👍
Keep it up man!
It took me more than a year to get it. I was about to give up tbh haha
What does your desk look like, what computer requirements do you find you need day to day vs once a year and just need to have around? If you had a wishlist what would it be?
My everyday job here in Nigeria. Setting up systems attending every department issues and remotely supporting site staffs. UK needs me biko
Nija need you pass bro.
I am starting a new Job in the IT field. This will be my first help desk job and your videos just helped me
Go and win 🏆 🙌
1st video to see and I loved your work and your spirit as well .. You are a good man, wish you all the best.
Thanks 🙏 I appreciate my guy
Woah! I got surprised because I was like "I am sure that is Nuns Moor Park" when you were walking through it then you showed the street. Hello from Fenham too XD
Lol 😂 u r my neighbor then. Hahaha
Looks like my kind of job! Is your job always like this everyday or do you work with software also?
I really like working hands on with hardware, but i dont mind learning software and doing helpdesk stuff either.
The company does hardware most of the time. Would love the software aspect as well. Thanks 🙏
It depends on where you work. I work in a school district in IT support. My job is about an equal mix of hardware and software support.
For hardware work, we upgrade RAM on our staff devices that don't have at least 8 GB, upgrade staff devices to SSDs, set up workstations, some networking like making sure phones, staff workstations and student devices are patched into the appropriate network ports. We also do Chromebook repairs like replacing screens, keyboards, and trackpads. On occasion, when our interactive flat panels (IFP, fancy name for a large TV with a touch screen) we have to remove and replace them.
On the software side of things, we re-image systems when necessary, backup user files using, try to help with some online curriculum problems, reset passwords for staff/students, update VOIP phone's information, reset Chromebooks, run updates, etc.
@@JJFlores197 Youse the real tech guy. Keep soaring 🙏
I love hardware and software too , but i hate programming 🤣
@@JJFlores197 i want ur job. is it the pay good?
Anyone know in the us, if you can get cisco and comptia A+. To start off with, to get entry level roles as an it technician, or an it engineer? As well as entry level roles in cyber security?
Certifications are not a guarantee of getting a job. They can help, but a lot of it really comes down to luck, who you know, and the interview/interviewer. I was able to get my first IT job a few years ago with my A+ and some relevant course work from the community college I took classes from.
I studied at degree level and started my first job as 1st line IT support consultant.
After a year I applied for an IT Support Technician Role
@@JJFlores197 can I just do associate and certificates to get in the job early?
@@assassin7250 It certainly is possible, but like I said a lot of it comes down to luck.
I have an associate in software development and just landed this type of job with no certs. The interviewers hired me on the spot, mostly because of my personality and attitude towards problems I didn't know the answer to.
Thanks for the video bro 💪🏾 keep up the good work.
Sure I will 🙏
Just recently moved on from a 1st line IT consultant to an IT Support Technician job

good content bro, just came across your channel I'm enjoying it already, I'm into IT but I really don't know what career selection under the IT category I wanna stand, What level of education you have to hold this job?
A+ for cert and degree route is IT support or technician. TBH either or works, just need to find employer who’s willing to risk in investing into you.
how many interviews do you have to do to get a job in Tech support/ IT support Technician @PaRayHD.
I wanted to try the job opening here in my country but I don't have any backgrounds about it 😅 I'm more into creating computer system (developer). *What are your thoughts about me trying this career? w/ 0 knowledge about computer hardware, etc.* 🤔
Hi 👋 Computing is not something you try without prior knowledge. Pls get the required training before you embark on anything. Cheers 🍻
Devs is more high pay salary
I don't know if you've already figured it out by now. These are 2 very different IT jobs. I guess it really depends on what you want to do: Do you want to be a programmer or an IT tech? As an IT technician, you're basically tech support. You're running around all over the place helping people with their computers and/or software or other hardware. You will likely be in charge of installing new computer systems for new users, decommissioning old systems, re-imaging computers, etc. Its a lot of hands-on work. If you have no knowledge of computer hardware, you won't do well in this job, just like if you have no knowledge of computer programming, you won't do very well in a programming job.
Programmers usually make much more money than IT technicians, but that greatly depends on your local job market and where you work. Personally, if I were you, I'd go with the programming route. Its great helping people with their tech problems.... That is until you have to help the same person for the 10th time when they angrily call you saying they can't print. however, the problem is that there is no paper in the printer and you've told them this 10 times already. Or when the person doesn't understand that they need to push the power button on the computer in order for it to power on.
Nice one guy
kindly share the link to get IT support technician
thanks
Bro no link keep pushing ur CV.
I’m in the USA. I enjoyed this video.

Newcastle is beautiful. I am coming to the University of Sunderland for February 2022 academic year, and contemplating residing in Newcastle while schooling in Sunderland.
