Thanks for this! I can say that flavors are different for everyone as Rocky’s Hojicha flavors for me are so nutty and almost chocolate like. I appreciate you sharing what you experience! Definitely want to try out more :)

I am a beginner to hojichx and I recently purchased Rocky’s hojicha and I thought it was quite bitter. I was surprised that it would be considered on the lighter side! Now I want to try your other recs for a more bolder kind of hojicha

@ I’ll try it this week. I also bought the asahi blend matcha because of you and the ceremonial blend! Sooo good! But sayaka Ipoddo is still my HG matcha
