The Falcons have made multiple head scratching moves this off-season. The only saving Grace for a team without a proven pass rush is the Falcons play in the worst division with the easiest schedule (based on last years results).

Yeah that was a bad pick. Edge rusher is the biggest hole in the roster and there was a monster waiting there at that pick.

Needs to learn the system. You never want to install a new offense to a entire team with a rookie QB. Kirk already knows the system. He will help others learn it. He will see immediately if someone screws up and can help fix it. Right now Penix wouldn't know if it was on him or the receiver. Penix can take his time and learn it inside and out.

They should`ve filled the biggest hole in the roster with Dallas Turner. TE is not even close to a team need. Bowers is a beast though.
