For return from Njp.. What should i do for same after go njp?
We booked 4 tickets so we didn’t submit any letter in NJP. But if you are 2 people then you must submit letter

I am not really sure whether they can use train toilets.. Milo pee pad ee trained & Mady common space e korena so Amay ei option ta explore korte hoini.. Mady akhn oo obdi 2 baar Indian railways ee travel koreche & both are NJP route, overnight journeys so kono problem hoini
Ma'am, in NJP during return, where to submit request letter for Cabin and when? Because we don't have 48 har time on return. Request you to please revert...We are four family members travelling in one PNR
We were also 4 people & I haven’t submitted any letter at NJP as chances of getting a cabin is way more than getting a coupe. But still if u want to submit a letter in will be 24 hours prior to your travel , you need to submit it in Siliguri to Raiway divisional office. But usually as per my experience railway do allocate cabin if u have 4 confirmed tickets under same PNR. Issue is always with 2 tickets & coupe request letter is must if u have 2 tickets. Even if you are splitted into 2 different cabin , you have provision to request co passenger to shift so that u 4 can travel together along with your dog.
Hi, recently I just saw your channel. It is superb. Actually I am planning to travel darjeeling with my 3 yrs age Lasha apsho dog(cherry).we are 3 people (me, my hubby, my daughter) so can I book ticket for 4 people. As I followed your process , it is confirm get a cabin. And what is the rule to return from NJP.
Firstly thank you for your appreciation. This is really motivating. Yes u can book 4 tickets by repeating one of your name.
Unfortunately even after submitting the request letter it’s not confirm that u will get a cabin but the chances increases a lot if u follow all process. Getting Cabin won’t be a challenge as per my experience as that is more in no. If you have 4 tickets under same PNR & if you submit the request letter a day prior your travel, your chances of getting a cabin increases 99% but yes there will still a chance of 1 % of not getting it in a same cabin & in that case you have have to take chance & to convince your co passenger to travel with you. Return rule is exactly same but We couldn’t submit the request letter in Siliguri but always got a cabin as we booked 4 tickets. It will be difficult for 2 tickets coupe as no of coupe is less in number. I hope I am able to answer but still if u have any query please feel free to comment. Sorry for such a long ans but this is such a vast topic that I couldn’t reply in short.
@@madythegolden will the fit certificate from Kolkata be acceptable at njp or do I need to get a new one from North Bengal? Also what can be done to get a coupe from njp as we will be 2 people travelling.

If we have four tickets all together ,can we travel with 2 dogs in Ac1st
Or we have to take 4 tickets with 2 different pnr to take our 2 dogs
4 tickets in same PNR is absolutely fine to take 2 dogs.. But you need to submit a request letter so that they give you one full cabin & do not split it with other travellers..

Please share the return time procedure from NJP.
Procedure is all same. But as we have booked 4 ticket together so we didn’t submit the letter a day prior. However if you are purchasing 2 tickets , it’s advisable to submit a request letter 1 day prior to your train from NJP to HWH. Number of coupe is less than no of cabin so getting coupe is challenging so request letter will help but though it’s still not guaranteed.
Rest process is same . You need to arrive station 2-3 hours prior & submit same set of documents to parcel booking counter in NJP station to get ticket for your pet.
If i travel with my pet in 2nd ac or 3rd ac what will happen ?
I have explained it in my video already.. please watch it without skipping. U will get information.. they r not allowed to travel with you in 2nd & 3rd AC. Need to put in break van
If we book 4 seats in 1st class to travel with our dog in that case we need to write a letter fot cabin allocation?
Writing a request letter is always suggested but getting a cabin is way more easy than getting a two berth Coupe. We always submit a letter in Kolkata irrespective 2 or 4 seats as that is our hub city but while return back we couldn’t submit it but we ensured that we have min 4 first class confirmed ticket & booked under same PNR. We never faced any issue with 4 tickets as no of cabin is more in number than coupe & even if we don’t get 4 seats together we can convince other but it’s difficult for coupe..

Unfortunately pets not allowed in 2nd & 3rd AC .. they are only allowed in 1st class

While issuing tickets pls select Coupe ( for 2 passengers) or Cabin (in case of 4 passengers). Then before 24 -48 hours of your travel - you need to submit a request letter to Chief Railway officer so that they allocate Cabin or Coupe to you. Along with the letter you need to attach below documents.
1. Vaccination records
2. Your ID card
3. Pet’s Fit to travel certificate
Next step - Once you receive coupe or cabin confirmation which is usually 3-4 hours prior to your travel. Please go to parcel office in your origin station & Take a challan for your pet. You need to submit same set of documents which u did while requesting Coupe or Cabin.
Then u are all set to travel.
Suggestion-
1. It’s always suggested to take min 4 tickets as risk of getting a coupe can be avoided.
2. Avoid weekend & rush period for your travel date
3. Book your ticket in advance so that it’s in confirmed status.

Request letter I have shown in my video . You can pause & take a screenshot.
All you need to address this to Chief reservation officer & body of the letter should have your travel dates with confirmed PNR & train details & you need to attach fit to travel certificate & vaccination details. Need to attach your ID CARD as well.
So after submitting the request letter did you receive any aknowledgement or confirmation from CRO
@@ashwanikumar-lr5nw unfortunately Indian railways do not give any confirmation. You will only come to know once chart is prepared
So only submitting a request letter is ok to take my two dogs,do they give any receiving on a copy of request letter.Do we have to take our pets to the parcel office or they only want documents and give permission
@@ashwanikumar-lr5nw No they do not give any acknowledgment for receiving the letter.. Carrying your pet to parcel office is not at all required. We never did that. All you need to submit same set of documents as mentioned on video & paid the fees as per distance. Wish you happy travel
