- Restarting My Real Estate Career From 0 In Dubai, the name kind of says it all. On July 13th I've left my life in Lithuania and decided to move to Dubai.
Welcome to the 4th episode! First day in Strada, moving into a new apartment and more. The real work starts now, and it will only get more exciting and valuable from here!
Most things here are completely different, but my goal is the same. And that is reaching the Top in Dubai, just like I did in Lithuania.
Join me on this journey and I will do my best to make this series valuable, interesting and very unique.

The apartments looks nice, but can you talk about the quality of the finishes? Doors, paintjobs, how does it feel compared to European standard?
Thanks for the feedback! Will definitely make a video where I discuss the finishes. That's actually one of the first things that I've instantly noticed after coming here. Need to visit a few more places, and then I think I will be able to give you a complete rundown about various different properties and quality. Will also compare it to Europe. Was buying and furnishing apartments in Europe myself, so will make that video as analytical as possible :)

All jokes aside, thinking about your situation as an off/plan/market agent seems like it will require thinking in different ways and connecting with different clients---growth seems inevitable, and I am looking forward to following along; LETS GET THAT FIRST SALE!
Thanks Josh! New office truly has great vibes, you will see more and more of it in the future videos! Yeah, off-plan is a place where you really need to think out of the box, but I have a lot of plans, and I'm sure that if I implement all of it in a right way - many sales will follow. P.S. Already planned my first business trip, the sad part is that you will only see it on 11-12th episode, but it's worth waiting for!

@@JeanLekau Very good, and I advise you to do a little more voice-over and show around while talking about your projects of the day. That way, you can do more filming without having to be in front of the camera, which I have noticed you are not comfortable doing in front of everyone. Thanks and have a blessed day!

Hey! Will most definitely do that. Just need to get a little bit more expertise in order to give a full on analysis on these topics. Working on it daily tho. Also I will bring people on the channel who have reached insane results in the Real Estate market of Dubai. It's just the beginning of the channel and a lot more value is yet to come 🤝

Love the videos brother I’m from South Africa we just moved to Dubai . My farther was a car sales man for over 20 years now for volvo, Mercedes ,bmw,vw and eventually opened his own dealership. You not starting from scratch. Your previous experience is setting you ahead years ahead from anyone starting from an actual point of ZERO.
Yes and no. I do have previous experience, but the market in Lithuania was completely different. I also used a different language. And lastly, Real Estate is all about connections and building your customer base, definitely started that from 0 in Dubai. All in all, I understand what you mean, I'm not saying that I don't have an advantage, but it's definitely not as big as people would think.
How old are you if I may ask. You look very young, and your first time doing a tie is so interesting and kinda cute
I've just turned 27, good genetics haha. Been doing Real Estate for 7 years. And when it comes to wearing a tie, I never really liked it, been wearing suits since the start of my career, but never got into ties.

Thanks! The new one costs 65$ per night, but during the peak season it would probably cost around 200-250$/night.
