Love this video! The reference to seeking validation from a manager to prove your worth to them really struck a chord. I find myself always trying to prove something instead of just being and critically thinking.
Could another reflective point of poor leadership be that when you have a meeting with your team and there are no questions or opinions fired back at you then you have already lost the team? For example they see no real point in asking or voicing anything as they know its going to fall on deaf ears?
