    अपना घर होना चाहिए
    1.हम बेफिक्री से टीवी, वाटर फिल्टर, ac इंस्टाल कर सकते हैं।
    2. अपना घर न हो तो बस इंस्टाल करवाते रहो मकान खाली करते रहे।
    3.बच्चों का कोई स्कूल परमानेंट फिट कर सकते हैं, नही तो कभी इस एरिया कभी उस एरिया बदलते रहें।
    3.रियल फ्रेंड सर्किल और हितैषी बना सके वह भी तभी होगा जब आपका कोई फिक्स्ड ठिकाना होगा।
    4.जितना का रेंट दे रहे कुछ सालों में वही प्रॉपर्टी अपनी हो सकती हैं।
    लास्ट बट नॉट लीस्ट जंहा चाहे वँहा कील ठोक सकते, जिसे चाहे उसे घर मे बुला सकते, जब चाहे तब अपने घर आ जा सकते हैं, फालतू के रूल बाजी से दूर 😅😅

      एक सिरीयस बात कहूँगा, अगर दुर्भाग्य वश घर मे कमाने वाले व्यक्ती की मृत्यू हो जाये तो बाकी फॅमिली मेंबर्स कहा जायेंगे. खुद का फ्लॅट हो तो कमसे कम एक सहारा तो रहेगा 😢

      Flat rehne se aap mostly secured hai as compared to slum room Pani or toilet ke problem solve hote hai bahar ke gundo se bhi safe hote hai or privacy bhi kafi rehte hai or aane wala kal sirf building hi hai future sir

    Indirapuram mein aaj bhi 40 lacs se wo hi flat kam mein nhi sale ho rahe hain, suvidhaye bhi to hoti hain jo local area mein nhi milti hain parking, paani, naali gated society etc bhai zameen ke rate ke baare mein to pata hoga aur zameen par koun sa bank loan deta hain.

    Do u know ..the flat price in gurgaon.mumbai and other first class urban cities ...recently a flat in gurgaon was sold in 100 crore....so everything has its utility....land can't be given on rent ..but a flat can be given on rent with appreciation every year....

    Ye harkate ise credit card se us credit card ka payment mere sasur kar chuke hai aur aaj ki date me 40 lakh loan me dubepade hai 1 rupee bhi saving nai ..kahne ko accountans me hai ....hamko bhi sikhchha de chuke hai kai bar ki loan le lo loan le lo credit score achha rahega to kabhi loan vhahiye hoga to fatak mil jaega ...his age is 66 around n he is such a mess ....bhagwan sadbuddi de unko ...aapki batein sun rai sab satya hai ....

    sir aaj kal ki mehngai mein saving to kuch bhi nahi hai to 10000 rent mein de rahe hain, Sochte hain ki 10000 EMI de dein to 10000 rent nahi dena padega. to kum se kum 20 saal baad ghar to apna hoga. to kya karein rent dete rahein ya EMI dein. Rent dete rahe to ghar bhi apna nahi hoga kabhi bhi.
