It has been pointed out that Pallavicini Chairlift was incorrectly described in the video as a high speed chairlift. Palli runs at 2.5 meters per second. A high speed chairlift runs in the 5 meter per second range. Pallavicini Chairlift is more of a mid range speed lift. My apologies for this error.

The Pallavicini Chairlift is located west of the Black Mountain Express and Molly Hogan Chairlift in the base area.
The Pallavicini Chairlift provides access to the Pallavicini ski run and legendary advanced and expert terrain that A-basin is famous for. You also access the Beavers Chairlift and Beavers terrain as well as the Black Mountain Lodge and Lenawee Express Chairlift.
The minimum recommended skill level is “accomplished” intermediate. Palli takes you to the steepest intermediate terrain (3 runs) in Colorado. The rest is advanced and expert. The terrain is unforgiving if you overate your abilities. At least the ski patrol is nearby.

@@richardryer3412 You stated this is a detachable chairlift but clearly it is not. The chairs do not come off the line and they are fixed to the rope so it is a fixed grip. In addition you said this is a high speed lift which is incorrect. High speed lifts are detachable which this lift clearly is not.
@@CloroxBleach-hi6jd Good Morning CB. I looked at my posted version of the video and at 1:24 I see "Detachable Chair: No, Fixed Grip". This statement appears to be correct, although it could be confusing due to it's grammatical construction. As for speed, you are correct. Palli runs at 2.5 meters per second where a high speed chairlift is more in the 5 meter per second range. The tight spacing of the chairs made it feel more like a high speed load at the time. RUclips does not have the resources to allow me to correct this particular error in the video itself, so I will let it go and try to be more accurate in the future.
