Fun fact about Deathbringer (the enemy one), when he does his spin attack, he actually gradually takes damage, like he's bleeding out, it's hard to tell because of all the chaos when he does it, but there is rapid white flashing while he is spinning, regardless if he's being attacked or not.
Congrats on beating Deathbringer! In his spinning phase, his health rapidly decays down to 0 because he was way too tough without it, which is why he died with no damaging units on the field. Level 25 is currently the level cap, and once you reach the 3 stars in chapter 3 and tumore mode, you'll certainly feel the difficulty come up!
I think you did pretty good for 1⭐Tumore Ch1! You can check Badges to see what prizes you might be able to get; it's also recommended to maybe try to 3⭐the other 2 chapters on Normal Mode to get small versions of their final bosses as units, too; Lil' Death is fun, but I think you might get a lot of enjoyment out of Lil' Turking and Lil' Exec. There are also prizes in the subchapters! Cannons, banks, even some other units that you can unlock will be present in any of the content-based chapters (Coil Chaos, Frozen Legion, Uncooked Business) The Community Packs are just groups of fanmade stages, and the Classics (TBB Classic, Red Herring, and Black Babatala) feature scrapped enemies from the first 3 chapters. Tumore mode also applies to every subchapter as well!
to explain the 2x stronger thing, it's basically that the enemy multiplier is 2x. 21:44 you will regret that on 3 star. by the way, the reason you beat his 3rd phase(or spin phase) is because he takes rapid damage there.

21:32 the reason he died suddenly is because he takes 14 fire damage in his third phase, which means that he takes 140 damage every second. so basically, you managed to stall him long enough for his fire damage to kill him off and win the stage.

He's also the battler who demoavetes you...(he said "how many are you going to torture for your amusement?") Alt form: "tarnished batler". With level 25/16 things, Tumored mode is pretty easy on 1 star, though it gets challenging on 2 stars and very tough on 3 stars due to the scale (4x the hp, armor and dmg compared to 1 star normal mode), even with some levels being intentionally impossible to win on 3 star, such as the tumored variant of Exec Each main chapter gives a very nice reward on 3 star tumored, so good luck beating Deathbringer on 3 stars
pretty sure literally no person that isn't a tester/mod has even reached the tumore version of exec on 3 star in the first place because we are just stuck on 3 star tumore version of insecure

And for 3 star deathbringer, it took me about a week to complete, and for the 3 star final boss of chapter 2 tumore, it took me almost a month to complete just for the final levels. Also if you read this far, vulcan battler is very good for deathbringer.
Theres a youtuber called kirbo who basically does challenge runs in the battle bricks one of them includes doing deathbringer 3 stars, using THREE UNITS, its pretty ridiculous and impressive. He also has several videos for many other bosses and stars, but I felt like that was a pretty important one to pick out
I kinda recommend getting lil turking and lil exec, they're more useful than lil doombringer/deathbringer also I recommend using the treasure cannon if you're using the denonate bank and using Gatling cannon on boss stage
tumore mode has their own special rewards for beating a chapter on all 3 stars, as you got little doombringer for beating chapter 1 on 3 stars, youll be getting a special troop for completing any chapter on 3 stars (in tumore mode) in addition to lil doom. by the way i dont reccomend doing anything above 1 star on tumore mode till you complete chapter 1,2 and 3 on 3 stars (normal mode) before you attempt tumore

Remember to upgrade your Unit limit and upgrade your unit recharge Also upgrade your Enemy bounty and Fully upgrade your units to max level And equip the railgun tower.
you should max out your normal units since they can be useful all throughout, soccer and stunner are good stalling options, slinger is good for cheap dps, bomb battler+trowel in quick succession can nuke enemies, telamon/tank is really good for 3 star deathbringer, battler and builder/trowel are good meatshields until you beat the 3 star tumored final bosses since they're a replacement for trowel and battler. Builder is still useful all throughout though. Also, do not underestimate normal levels, even the ones that aren't a multiple of 5 since 3 star tumored chapter 2 and 3 levels are really hard and you will need to change your loadout often to counter the enemies that appear in the levels. speaking of, you can click on the triangle questionmark to see what enemies are in a level and also how strong they are with the percentage of the sword.
li'l deathbringer works by sacrificing the lowest health units around him (up to 4 separate units) and will only sacrifice units with a lower current health than his max health. (meaning he can't sacrifice a unit like titan if it hasn't taken sufficient damage) the quality of these units doesn't affect his damage output, so you should be sending out cheap units to automatically be selected by the sacrifice over expensive and tanky units. he has 1/2 of his first form damage per swing with 0 sacrifices, and 2x damage with 4 sacrifices. (1-3 sacrifices are likely 75%, 100%, 150% respectively)
Some tips: Some enemies or stages have EFFECTS. what are effects? Fire, stun, deletion, etc. Hellfighter has an effect called "Hellfire", reused for chapter 2 and 3, which means Crimson & Arsonist are GREAT for it as they're immune to that effect. Edit: the Lil units cost the same amount of exp as Uber rates (thanks bucket, wasn't a BAD change but I just kinda didn't like it), hope this helps btw

Good luck on chapter 2 tumore mode you're gonna need it >:). Also i suggest to beat frost legion to get a new bank which is called ignition every time you upgrade it,it will give a speed boost to you're units meaning it will make lil deathbringer's spin attack even faster
funfact: i dont know if anyone has mentioned this but the sound when you complete a level is the same sound that plays when you defeat a boss in the binding of isaac
If you beat a tumore main chapter on 3 stars you can get a tumored battler which is basically a crazed cat type of thing. In their alt forms they become tarnished battlers which have insane HP and stats but cost a lot. They are pretty good and the tarnished unit for beating chapter 2 tumore is really good for the chapter 3 final boss.
The whole "tumore mode takes part in the future" is a nice but not really true fact about tumore (unless I'm missing something), I expect it to have lore as the badge for the game seems to be some kind of contract that will most probably be broken when you finish all chapters and maybe we'll get to understand what tumore mode is, maybe it's a variant, maybe it's a paralel universe. But hey! No one knows Note: I expected us to be revealed to be the villian of the game, as just like in the battle cats, we are dominating the world and we are kind of like raiders as we are the ones choosing to fight territory against others
Hey Matt. When you beat all the chapters on tumore mode 3 stars. You will get the normal battlers starting by battler being a corrupted thing called “Tumored Battler” there is also a Tumored Trowel too and the developers are adding Tumored Sword. Sadly Chapter 3 Tumored mode on 3 stars is impossible but I think it will be possible when chapter 4 (angel trait) releases.
Tip: Matt. If you use regen, I'd recommend NOT to use the alt form. Although it does give it a shield, it only regenerates when it activates the shield, and it's cooldown is long. Regen battler heals depend on the HP you have. Which, Max level is 580. And it heals frequently. So yeah.
Actually you're spreading misinformation here, since the multiplier here is 580%, regen battler should only have 580 HP, because regen battler base health is 100
if you beat 3 star Deathbringer you can get a battler called “Tumored Battler” and if you max him out you can get “Tarnished Battler” and he is basically a boss

You may not see this comment but i know a grinding startegy where you can use an autoclicker, disable unit switch and hover it over a chainsaw battler, you have ro place it in a way where when you win, the autoclicker automatically restarts. Level is jetrick pretty sure it works on any stars
Note: the reason why deathbringer died without you needing to do anything on his phase 3, is because deathbringer passively takes damage in phase 3, and your units already chipped away at his HP so he died without you needing to do much on phase 3.
Tip : to get tumore mode rewards you need to 300% a chapter in tumore mode. IT'S RECCOMANDED TO 300% ALL THREE NON TUMORE CHAPTER BEFORE STATING CHAPTER 2 TUMORE (warning, stage 10 in tumore got the highest difficulty spike in game). the units you get in tumroe mode are good, don't underestimate the first unit, it's ONE OF THE BEST TANK IN GAME (alt form only)
I love the vid but you should really get lil turking and lil exec too, it will be really important at the later stars on tumor mode and for chapter 2 and 3 tumor ALOT
good job matt. youve got to use the detonator bank for quite some time now. aside from powerhouse, the next bank you should probably take a look at would be ignition. to get it, you must beat the frost legion subchapter at least once. fun idea for a video, and a juicy reward for your effort as well. no doubt youll like it.
MattShea i heavily recommend that you also do "Sub Chapters" where you can get new units and it is also very challenging (mostly the community packs) and you can also enable tumored mode on them too!

heres a good loadout for most stages: battler, trowel/builder, trainee, ninja/assassin, grenade/arson, any dual coil, and any units in the remaining slots
For Hyperbike Battler there’s one issue I hate with it sometimes, If he’s hitting a Battler that’s at the base he won’t damage the base I’m pretty sure which kinda just wastes a use if your trying to use it on a base
yo dude i recommend doing subchapters on normal mode first, especially frozen legion/uncooked business, ans also completing any of the main chapters on tumore and 3 star grants a tumored unit, which are stronger versions of the normal units, and their alt forms are... cool
1:30 they meant the enemy buff is doubled (for example when a level has 500% enemy stats in tumore more it'll be 1000%) (we hope to see you beat 3 star deathbringer)
Good luck on 3 stars, right now Chapter 3 Tumore 3 stars and Chapter 2 3 stars are currently almost if not completely impossible, with 3 star Chapter 1 being incredibly hard still if you don’t have the right tools and right strategy.
Hey Matt just wanna let you know that since you beat chrapter 2 and 3. Chrapter 4 is about to be released (it might be released in a few months) sooo you gotta stream and beat three star chrapter 2 and 3.
you need to have max level units to beat the rest of tumore which might seem like a while but if you use a specific strat that gives nearly 1m an hour its only gonna take like 2 hours to get maxed levels on ur main team
Now that I get the small chance: crocket is a term In tf2 referring to "crit rockets" in tf2 there are random chances of you landing a critical attack for triple damage a standard rocket deals 90 splash damage so a crocket would deal 270 SPLASH Damage that's enough to one shot 8/9 classes
Did you know that Lil' Deathbringer is the worst Lil' Unit in the entire game? It may be faster then Lil' Doom, but it doesn't have any armor and can easily be overwhelmed, the only good thing is the spin stuff, which is also horrible, due to sacrificing units. Lil' Doom is better in general, due to him having armor and doing good splash damage, his only debuff is slow firerate, but other then that, he's better, and Lil' Doombringer's final attack (The blue hammer) can kill backliners easily and is basically like Gargant's Rage. Also this isn't required but please try to unlock Lil' Turking, cause he's really easy to get and he's a really good tank, as well as his alt.
If you ever there do a 3 star tumored chapter 1...if you don't get any hint and no tutorial...you gonna cry the hell out for how hard is it ;D "It take me 4 day to win it"
You'll need Vulcan on 3 star Deathbringer because hes really helpful as he shreds down deathbringer's hp in phase 1 and 2. And btw slammer is really helpful when deathbringer is in his 3rd phase (spin phase) because he takes passive damage and slammer will do heavy damage to him and the passive damage will finish him off.

(meaning he can't sacrifice a unit like titan if it hasn't taken sufficient damage) the quality of these units doesn't affect his damage output, so you should be sending out cheap units to automatically be selected by the sacrifice over expensive and tanky units. he has 1/2 of his first form damage per swing with 0 sacrifices, and 2x damage with 4 sacrifices. (1-3 sacrifices are likely 75%, 100%, 150% respectively)
Some tips: Some enemies or stages have EFFECTS.
what are effects? Fire, stun, deletion, etc.
Hellfighter has an effect called "Hellfire", reused for chapter 2 and 3, which means Crimson & Arsonist are GREAT for it as they're immune to that effect. Edit: the Lil units cost the same amount of exp as Uber rates (thanks bucket, wasn't a BAD change but I just kinda didn't like it), hope this helps btw

Good luck on chapter 2 tumore mode you're gonna need it >:). Also i suggest to beat frost legion to get a new bank which is called ignition every time you upgrade it,it will give a speed boost to you're units meaning it will make lil deathbringer's spin attack even faster
funfact: i dont know if anyone has mentioned this but the sound when you complete a level is the same sound that plays when you defeat a boss in the binding of isaac
Matt, now that ur at tumore mode now, I recommend getting more lil units because they really help in later bosses/levels.
If you beat a tumore main chapter on 3 stars you can get a tumored battler which is basically a crazed cat type of thing. In their alt forms they become tarnished battlers which have insane HP and stats but cost a lot. They are pretty good and the tarnished unit for beating chapter 2 tumore is really good for the chapter 3 final boss.
The whole "tumore mode takes part in the future" is a nice but not really true fact about tumore (unless I'm missing something), I expect it to have lore as the badge for the game seems to be some kind of contract that will most probably be broken when you finish all chapters and maybe we'll get to understand what tumore mode is, maybe it's a variant, maybe it's a paralel universe. But hey! No one knows

Hey Matt. When you beat all the chapters on tumore mode 3 stars. You will get the normal battlers starting by battler being a corrupted thing called “Tumored Battler” there is also a Tumored Trowel too and the developers are adding Tumored Sword. Sadly Chapter 3 Tumored mode on 3 stars is impossible but I think it will be possible when chapter 4 (angel trait) releases.
Tip: Matt. If you use regen, I'd recommend NOT to use the alt form. Although it does give it a shield, it only regenerates when it activates the shield, and it's cooldown is long. Regen battler heals depend on the HP you have. Which, Max level is 580. And it heals frequently. So yeah.
Actually you're spreading misinformation here, since the multiplier here is 580%, regen battler should only have 580 HP, because regen battler base health is 100

if you beat 3 star Deathbringer you can get a battler called “Tumored Battler” and if you max him out you can get “Tarnished Battler” and he is basically a boss

You may not see this comment but i know a grinding startegy where you can use an autoclicker, disable unit switch and hover it over a chainsaw battler, you have ro place it in a way where when you win, the autoclicker automatically restarts. Level is jetrick pretty sure it works on any stars

Note: the reason why deathbringer died without you needing to do anything on his phase 3, is because deathbringer passively takes damage in phase 3, and your units already chipped away at his HP so he died without you needing to do much on phase 3.
Tip : to get tumore mode rewards you need to 300% a chapter in tumore mode.
IT'S RECCOMANDED TO 300% ALL THREE NON TUMORE CHAPTER BEFORE STATING CHAPTER 2 TUMORE (warning, stage 10 in tumore got the highest difficulty spike in game). the units you get in tumroe mode are good, don't underestimate the first unit, it's ONE OF THE BEST TANK IN GAME (alt form only)
I love the vid but you should really get lil turking and lil exec too, it will be really important at the later stars on tumor mode and for chapter 2 and 3 tumor ALOT

good job matt. youve got to use the detonator bank for quite some time now. aside from powerhouse, the next bank you should probably take a look at would be ignition. to get it, you must beat the frost legion subchapter at least once. fun idea for a video, and a juicy reward for your effort as well. no doubt youll like it.

MattShea i heavily recommend that you also do "Sub Chapters" where you can get new units and it is also very challenging (mostly the community packs) and you can also enable tumored mode on them too!

For Hyperbike Battler there’s one issue I hate with it sometimes, If he’s hitting a Battler that’s at the base he won’t damage the base I’m pretty sure which kinda just wastes a use if your trying to use it on a base

2nd form grenade battler (Arson battler) is REALLY good. One attack at level 25 deals a total of about 250 or 300 with the fire.
yo dude i recommend doing subchapters on normal mode first, especially frozen legion/uncooked business, ans also completing any of the main chapters on tumore and 3 star grants a tumored unit, which are stronger versions of the normal units, and their alt forms are... cool

Good luck on 3 stars, right now Chapter 3 Tumore 3 stars and Chapter 2 3 stars are currently almost if not completely impossible, with 3 star Chapter 1 being incredibly hard still if you don’t have the right tools and right strategy.

Now that I get the small chance: crocket is a term In tf2 referring to "crit rockets" in tf2 there are random chances of you landing a critical attack for triple damage a standard rocket deals 90 splash damage so a crocket would deal 270 SPLASH Damage that's enough to one shot 8/9 classes
Did you know that Lil' Deathbringer is the worst Lil' Unit in the entire game? It may be faster then Lil' Doom, but it doesn't have any armor and can easily be overwhelmed, the only good thing is the spin stuff, which is also horrible, due to sacrificing units.
Lil' Doom is better in general, due to him having armor and doing good splash damage, his only debuff is slow firerate, but other then that, he's better, and Lil' Doombringer's final attack (The blue hammer) can kill backliners easily and is basically like Gargant's Rage.
Also this isn't required but please try to unlock Lil' Turking, cause he's really easy to get and he's a really good tank, as well as his alt.

You'll need Vulcan on 3 star Deathbringer because hes really helpful as he shreds down deathbringer's hp in phase 1 and 2. And btw slammer is really helpful when deathbringer is in his 3rd phase (spin phase) because he takes passive damage and slammer will do heavy damage to him and the passive damage will finish him off.
