With Panasonic white balance, I used a technique on the G80/85 when setting a custom white balance. Instead of setting the white balance against a grey card, get your lighting in your studio sorted out and then use the white balance tool against your face and then let the camera work it out - in the setting custom white balance tool, I found this to be the best way to set white balance against skin tones for the G80/85. Did not need to do any correcting post either when using this technique, hopes this helps.

Both have nervous Bokeh. In my experience, Olympus 45/1.8 is as cheap as Panasonic, and beats both. It's one of those special lenses that render beautifully and you keep photographing things with them to see how they turn out.
85mm fullframe 1.8 bokeh is okay. if you want to have that 5.6 look, do it. i like to use fullframe with lens wide open. i shoot at night with 0.95 or use an 1.8 for greenscreen, so that background folds are blurred away.
You can easily change colour on a Panasonic by selecting another Photostyle, and then you can go in and alter those colours further. If you are using the Standard Photostyle then you probably have the most authentic true to life colour rendition of any camera, which is useful for scientific/technical shots, but not particularly vibrant; if you have dull grey skin, it will show that. It is not so easy to alter the colours on an Olympus, there are less styles available and you can really only alter the saturation.
