    I lived through the Loma Prieta quake and still live on the Hayward fault I need to go through it and get rid of stuff that is no longer useful or is outdated and make sure we have fresh things including backups of our current prescriptions

    I love the content that you provided in the video! I do think there are a few things that you could possibly add to the emergency kit that may help in the event of infrastructure failure. It may be good to include something like puncture-resistant gloves or a solar-power power bank/panels to carry around for long-term requirements. Otherwise, it's great that you're taking an initative to provide more awareness with an increase in natural disasters (forest fires, flooding, etc.) that's happening around the world!

      Well thank ya kindly! Definitely agree with you - there have been some products I have been eyeing for a while that I have yet to add to my kit. This is just the start of what I hope will be a very well stocked emergency kit.

    Maddy how many hours did you study at college and how many hours did you study each subject at home? on the same day

    • @MaddyA
      @MaddyA  7 месяцев назад

      That's tough because it really depends so much on my class load, work, social outings, how busy the term is... I typically studied for a total of 3-6 hours outside of class time. Keep in mind I am in my 5th year and things are slowing down a bit!

    Hey what about your back ??? You feel pain??? Can you bend long ?? Can you sit on floor??

    • @MaddyA

      My back is great! Every now and then when I over exert it, it gets a little sore but that is the same for anyone, back surgery or not. I have really great range of motion - I can bend over, touch my toes, bend to the side as well. Keep in mind, though, that being able to bend over/touch your toes has a LOT to do with flexibility. I know people that have not had spinal fusion and they can't touch their toes. It depends! I can sit wherever I want to.
