Keep pushing! Working out and stretching both help your muscles. I have big issues with mine.

You are an Amazing and Beautiful Soul my Awesome friend🤍This is my Favorite video you have made it almost made my cry, seriously🤍And not only bc of what you have and will go through but just watching you and listening to you talk about it and being Brutally Honest about your struggles and frustrations is Beautiful and Rare especially these days, just like You🤍How long has Marfans been around? I find it Flabbergasting that they don't have some kind of a cure for it or like you mentioned the possible taking out of the gene itself🤯Like Who is working on this terrible syndrome and Why aren't more ppl even aware of it??? I used to be a runner and I Miss it so much, my knee is Shot from running and I can get up to about a mile before it starts hurting and I have to stop and there is Nothing worse than having ur Mind being 1000% Ready and Willing but ur body is like Nah not today mate😔I Loved your "I have shit to do/I have places to Go!" Absolutely Inspiring and Empowering and just Bad Ass I have So much Respect for you and So much Admiration for the Awesome tribe you have around you that want nothing but to have You around regardless of what they have to do to make that happen and regardless of how little time they may have with you, Beautiful souls All of you🤍U don't have to answer this if you don't want to but have you ever tried therapy? Therapy has Literally saved my life on at Least 2 occasions just to speak to a Total stranger about my deepest fears and regrets and insecurities it Amazingly freeing and since they are strangers they have Zero loyalty or agendas and they see through the BS so much bettet than I can! I understand it's not for everybody and there Definitely is a stigma around that and medicating yourself but Fuck em bc U are the one going through this and U are the one it's Helping so Why should Anyone let alone ppl Close to you care??? You would and Will make the Best Mother Ever Seriously your child will be Blessed to have someone like you to guide them and I Cannot wait for that day🤍And someday I will buy a ticket to see my Favorite director release her newest Horror Masterpiece and I will be So Thankful I was part of this journey of yours📽Thank you again and Take care of your Amazing self #queenkatelyn👑 #onestepatatime👣

Interesting, for a long time doctors in Ontario, Canada watch our family for it did many testing then found something else and said ppl were misdiagnosed Now told it's Loeys-dietz syndrome. I have been cleared of them both however it's a scary journey to watch my family members go through. I will be following along with your journey too. Thank you for sharing your story.
