Love the information in this video but I have just one qualm with it. Why is the athlete wearing shorts that cover most of his lower body? Posing trunks would be nice next time around, fellas. Nevertheless, thanks for taking the time to make this for us.
The comments are toxic .... The fucking industry needs us to support one another. People are so negative. I guarantee half of you comments would kill to have his physique.
8 years late but that physique at that height is ridiculous. That’s almost how I’d expect Brian’s Shaw to look if he cut down to single digit body fat. Nuts man.
this explains what the poses are showing, but not the steps to do them like what order to flex muscles to get into the pose or any real tips or suggestions. anyone have a better tutorial?
Keep at it, @jarrettonions3392! Learning to engage the lats can be a journey. Focus on proper form and gradually increase intensity. Consistency is key, and over time, you'll find your lats cooperating more. You've got this! 💪😊

I mean I understand that I'm supposed to know what to "flex" when doing these. But I still don't know "how" to do these poses. Are you just literally flexing everything? It seems especially the last spread that I have no idea what I'm doing

So just out of curiosity, if the V taper is that critical, why should we try to build large lower lats?
Lower lats provide thickness to the back along with traps
You won't see the lower lats from the front so it won't interfere with your V-taper
