Rabbit shooting over Springer Spaniels - Part 1 - 20.02.23

Out with Bellsmill Gundogs shooting flushed rabbits over the spaniels. Running the very novice young dog Arnie, his first time out on walked up rabbits, flushed a few and had him picked them by the end of the day.

Arnie is a nice dog, style, pace, hunts in range, sharp on the whistle when required and works cover, well done getting him to that standard.

Superb! Lovely looking dog(s). Couple of frustrating ones but well handled by the gun, have to be sure. Will never tire of watching a springer quarter cover, literally just wonderful

So glad you didn't take the blind shot into the horse,my Springer got shot by that exact thing,very sad memory even 40 years later
