Great Job, as usual. Thanks again from NY!
Thanks Tom. 👍
Love your work man.
Thanks for showing practical ways of welding.
Thank you. And Thank you for watching Peter. 👍
It's a great video, Waiting for Handrails & Stringer.... thanks for sharing 👍
Thanks for watching 👍
Handrails/Standards are off the shelf purchased.
33od tube / Key clamp.
Stack flat bar on top of each other and drill through 2 at the same time. Twice as fast and match drilled more accurate.
This is some great work. Can you do more fabrication videos from more detail layouts?
Great video 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thanks for watching 👍
great vid - thanks for sharing
Thank you for watching 👍
No BS here...just showing skills.
Thanks man you I start layout
Thanks for watching 👍
put side rails on top of each other Put small tacks on them this way it becomes one . You lay out once plus the holes for the rungs are better aligned .
Good option. Thanks for watching. 👍
That's how I was taught as well..... stack and tack plus the mag drill sticks better to thicker steel.
Good work can you share the link for that angle measuring spirit level

Thanks for watching 👍
Nice job on the ladder....just wondering why not punch out the flat for the rungs ?
Mounting bracket at the top looks a bit more complicated when a more simpler solution is available. Just my opinion. Good work😁👍
Oh ok....got it. Where are you located?
Thanks for watching. MPM are correct and have experience of draughtsmen/engineers.
Ladder drawn and then approved by client. That said, the top bracket worked well incorporating the platform whilst allowing for the walkway flow forge. 👍
Fully agree on all. Thanks for watching MPM 👍
Nice job, if the bar is 25mm would you use a 25mm broach cutter? Thanks
Thanks for watching Adam.
That is a 26mm cutter for a 25mm bar in the Video. 👍
What is the name of that mobile jet drill press you used? Final ladder looks awesome!
JEI Minibeast
very clear video, but your heating time i saw flame leak,it is danger.
Thanks for letting me know. 👍
nice 😁👍 couple of questions. any reason why you welded the rungs on the outside? and how did you galvanize the piece?
Thanks for watching. Personally i have Always welded the Rungs externally. Not saying that’s ‘the’ way to do it, but Looks cleaner to me and there’s no possibility of issue with hands /welds /rough edges whilst using the ladder.
Some fabricate without the rung penetrating the stringer. And you’ll obviously see the weld internally if so.
The ladder and platform were sent away for the galvanizing process. 👍
@@TheMetalFabGuy awesome job👍
👍 Thank you.
Nice work! What size steel are you using? 3/8” flat bar and 3/4” diameter round rod?
1/2” flat
1” round
Thanks for watching
1/2" thickness , how much the flat width?
@TheMetalFabGuy
Half inch / 12mm
@tawfekalshater8573 65x12mm
nice
Thanks for watching Jesus. 👍
Fancy fence gate (request video)
Nothing against your work, but I hate vertical rung access ladders. There is no natural balance point when climbing and if you have a tool bag slung over your shoulder, you are even further out of balance on a vertical access ladder. I have a theory that they contribute to workplace accidents but I don’t have any stats to back my theory up, just personal experience using the bloody things.
I understand where you’re coming from.
Thanks for watching Mark

Hi mate, nice job. Last time you messaged me about Instagram to show you my cantilever gate job with Iroko infill. Looked too complicated for me to get involved with but if you reply with your email I’ll gladly send you a few pics now it’s fitted.

@@TheMetalFabGuy Have they come through? Lowercase first T I’m guessing?
Received. And it Looks great. Lovely finish. 👍
