Again, if you all had watched the video, then you would realize the snarky comments make you look incredibly stupid since you’re not informed and simply making nonsensical posts under this video. Not gonna lie at first smell it was very challenging. But as the description of their fragrance online “Inspired by chaos and disorder this spicy and woody fragrance masquerades an interlude moment of harmony in its heart.”, this fragrance opens up chaotic and very powerful, but then it becomes a smokey fragrance and finally into a smoother resinous fragrance. This really is a fragrance that not everyone will appreciate because of its opening but after it calms down it is absolutely gorgeous. This fragrance is for those who are tired of their shower gel like fragrances or their sweet and safe fragrances that can be well, boring and unimaginative.
I definitely grew to appreciate this one. Something special about how those burnt herbs transition into sweet resins. And talk about powerful-my wife was repulsed at first spray from several rooms away! Ultimately sold my decant, but still have respect for it.

As I'm growing older my taste has changed in fragrance. I have used ysl all my life but I have suddenly switched to amouage. I own 7 ! Jubilation and interlude are my top fave.
Enjoyed the review! I have eight perfumes from Amouage but, believe it or not, I do not own Interlude nor Reflection Man...and I've never even sniffed this class. I'll have to do it one of these days, no doubt. Cheers!
The first time i tried Interlude i honestly thought that it was the best fragrance i had ever tested until that moment. But somehow the love for the fragrance didnt last for long. I rarely wear it anymore and when i do i only use one spray. A daring scent indeed. Nice review.

Interlude is my dedicated snow shoveling scent every winter! Love it and for some reason it gets some compliments somehow.
