    Good show.
    Can we reverse this?
    What if a human host seeks and destroys one of its own cells infected with an intracellular organism. If we presume that the organism is now free and needs to be neutralized itself, then in come the Bearers of Oxygen that blast it into Nirvana, but the parasite would now be in chunks of proteins, peptides, DNA and possibly nucleotides. What methods outside of the ubitquitin proteosome pathway might clean up the bits that could potentially be infective: naked DNA, Nucleotides as full or truncated single stranded foreign genes so that cleaning up one host cell does not put the rest of the host cells at risk? The question that I wonder about most is what can be done to support nucleases in a human host to recycle the uninvited guests?

    how that dna is isolated and how to mix in agar

    • @BiologyProfessor

      I’m not exactly sure, but I assume it involves PCR to amplify large amounts of DNA. This is generally the cheapest way to get large amounts of DNA.

    So if there a clear zone or cloudy zone around the inoculated bacteria that's mean that the result is positive and if there is not any clear zone that's mean it's negative right?!
    Here is my question if it's positive is it means that this bacteria is S.Aureus?!

    • @BiologyProfessor
      @BiologyProfessor  2 года назад

      Cleared zone means positive for DNAse. Lack of clear zone means negative (no DNAse). S. aureus gives a positive result, but so do some other types of bacteria.
