I bought these from you last year and they've done me well ! Changed for wax laces too . They are the comfiest skates I've owned . Thanks for the video !
Hi Martin, thanks for the comment. It would depend on the level of hockey you would be looking to play. For example, if you have a high level of hockey skill and used to a stiff boot previously, going into entry to mid wouldn't be advisable as they would break down very quickly and be a waste of money. They also wouldn't provide the support and stiffness you would require for your skills set. On the other hand there is no need to spend a mortgage on a pair of skates either. Something in the Jetspeed FT670/FT680 or Tacks XF70/XF80 would be a good place to start looking. CCM offer the one-piece boot technology which has a superior fit and more energy contact/transfer with the ice.

Thanks for your custom. Also, thanks for watching!
These look fab! Is this model heat mouldable or do we need to go a skate up? Xx
The next range isn't thermoformable. So would have to be the model after that you could heat mould.
@Cold_Blooded_Sports good to know! Might give them a wee try on next visit 😜
I have CCM AS 550 and is just too big for me… I’ve been thinking of getting a smaller size… should I get the AS 550 or Next?
I would suggest the ccm next. Construction of the skate is similar, but I personally feel the liner and padding is superior to the as550.
What skates would you reccomend for somebody getting back into hockey? Mid range or is there an entry level that would work? Thanks!

Thank you that's brilliant!
