Yes you can link a USD account, But you will not be able to withdraw from the account until you have minimum of 250$ balance but with UK bank and you can withdraw as low as 1£

Okay, Setup a company then. I have already mention that in the beginning of the video that the best way to access stripe from non supported countries is to setup a company but since not everyone have 75-350$ or even more to setup a company this is the alternative solution. Also keep in mind that you can still setup US LLC or UK company and use it to open stripe and the stripe account will still get shutdown for no reason. Meaning you still need some luck even with the US or UK company to access stripe. Back to your first questions. The utility bill that will be provided to anyone that requested for it work 99% of the time for the account verification.
