Hey bro, idk if you still take questions, im gonna give ita try, so i was a stripe account for my old website(eCommerce) and now i closed that site, and didnt have any disputes or outstandings, now im trying to integrate the same account to my new site but it keeps saying (payouts and charges are paused, resolve now) i submit the details and then it says "im not eligible to use stripe and then after few days it goes back to asking me for details) and btw i had gotten a dispute from a customer a years ago which i won but somehow, dispute fees that stripe charges popped up in my outstanding, but it wont let me add funds cuz im from india, im stuck, please help bro
