In student to advisor assignment ----> why we couldn't use Advisor as type of Account record type and then Student as contacts ....with contacts to multiple account , we could have use the Contacts with multiple advisor .....is this approach not advisable ? Coz it can cause data skew ??
I know this is a weird question but when can we consider some thing as large data volume, what are the points which can influence this like is it always the number of records or the dependency with other objects as well.

For Telco example ....Isn't better to just use household in Financial Service Cloud model to accomodate Family plan / User / Payer ?
