If you consider the years that this all took place, Mary had no say in what happened or didn't happen. You said she didn't step in unless the girls came to her and asked. That was her job. She wasn't supposed to step in unless a problem occurred that she had to step in and take care of. This was all before the "me too" movement and before sexual harassment was even a thing. I don't blame Mary. I blame the men in power around her.

Oh pleezzzzz, it's the Playboy mansion. The playboy mag's were full of naked women because that's what Hefner built the business on so, They knew exactly what was going on and just wanted fame.
