I miss the days of arcade machines in every gas station convenience store, and full on-arcades in every mall. It wasn't just the games themselves, it was the excitement of all the folks playing, it was absolutely infectious, and it brought together all ages to play together.

The Funspot Sign is Shown around the 18:00 Mark of the Vid and not only did it NOT have the "Bob Lawton 1931-2021" Digital Message, but the Circular Coca-Cola Logo beneath it seems to have since been Replaced by a Logo of some Generic Jester Character seen in the Thumbnail as well.. I was Tripped out at First Glance too, LOL.

Maybe there are better LCD panels out there, but it's heartbreaking to see absolute P..O.S. displays replacing burned-out CRTs.

On the serious side though. THIS is why society is falling apart like it is. Back when we had these places everywhere you didn't have kids shooting each other. Best way to stop current tragedies is to build more Arcades and Malls. Screw Amazon I like going out of my house and actually DOING something. I no longer pay tokens to arcade machines what I do is instead is buy them and own them if they don’t get released to consoles that is games like wrestle fest operation wolf baby Pac-Man jr Pac-Man that were only released on arcade machines were ignored to go on consoles that is way cheaper then going putting tokens into a game and beating them with 40 tokens that is $10

It needs dark paint on the walls and different lighting. The place should be darker just like the old arcades from the 90s. Even needs carpet. Old arcades were great because they had a feel, ambiance. They were never well lit.
