Order of the crescent, master of elements. Also picking off a couple admissions prompts and couple for novice path
The Magical Readathon is one of my favourite's 💙💙G puts so much work into it and it shows!
My character is in the Beastmaster path because I went into Animal Care for college and worked with them my whole life, so I just HAD to have a character who tames and cares for mythical and nonmythical beasts 🥰
Good luck to all my fellow Orilium students! I hope all of your reads will be 5 stars! :)
Mindwalkers, we are going to win this Equinox for sure!
I actually read Emily Wilde today. I was worried because I'd seen mixwd reviews, but it was a nice sunday read. I like the heroine a lot, especially that it is her intelligence and love of stories that is her strengths.
The wrath and dawn back then was amazing. I am restarting red rising this summer its been a blast revisiting these books.
Good luck!💛 I'm going for Mage Hunter, so have 6 prompts. My 3rd child is coming any day now, so we'll see how I go with a newborn.🤞🏻
Wishing you all the best of luck with your reading 📖 your magical readathon books tbr and any other august books you wish to read please stay safe and healthy and prayers and blessings to you and your family love your Aussie family friend John ❤❤❤
Great TBR! I'm primarily going for alchemist again and choosing chaos and adding things. 😂
Of course mechanical griffins count!
I've been slumping lately so I wasn't planning on joining Magical Readathon this time but FOMO got real so here I am continuing with my studies for becoming a Mage Hunter. Hopefully I get my reading mojo back so I can support my fellow black dragons in September! 🖤🖤
My calling is Wild Form Druid... Just started this year... overwhelmed but it is amazing!
I'm doing magical readathon for the first time this august and chose the druid career which means 12 books to read! 😱
I'm doing magical readathon for the first time! I'm going for herbology because it's super easy lol and I think I'm going to challenge myself to try to fill the spring prompts first since I'm joining halfway through the year.
For the Magical Readathon I am becoming a Star Whisperer. I have 8 books to read.
I am participating :D I agree, it is the absolute best and G keeps amazing me with what she comes up with. I'm going for Alchemist, but I also have the perk to double up as much as I want so instead of 14 books I'm reading 7! Lots of time left for the extras :)
I’m finally participating in the Magical Readathon! I was always so intrigued but intimidated to start. This time, I’ve figured it all out and I’m jumping in. Star Whisperer is my calling and I’m reading Red Rising for one of the prompts which made me think of you 😊Thanks for all of your videos. I truly enjoy every one 💕
💜🤎💜🤎💜🤎💜🤎💜🤎 House Arcane for the win!!
Love the stretch for Lightbringer 😅 good luck with your tbr!
I’m definitely participating, it’s my favourite readathon as well. I’m going for Star Whisperer 🤍
Orilium is also my favourite readathon of all time.
Year 2 of Orilium is going great so far.
I’m going for Necromancer and Demonology because my character is a little extra I’m also getting the Dragon Riding License. Aqua Crow’s male splinter/personality is taking part semester 2 because Vixen who took part in semester 1 she derailed Aqua’s career plans so she’s on a time out. Now it’s Griffaufey(Griffey) turn to get their plans back on track.
Awesome Tbr
Have fun this second semester at Orilium
Happy reading
The Wrath and the Dawn is really good
I loved The wrath and the dawn.
The Wrath And The Dawn Series is also a retelling of the Arabian nights frame story. I read earlier this year and I highly recommend it.
Definitely participating. I’m working on Mage Hunter with maybe another calling on the side 😅
I went for Beast Master calling. Also really want the Dragon Riding Licence but we’ll see if I manage to read enough books 😂. I loved The Wrath & The Dawn, hope you enjoy when you get to it xx
I'm finally participating, kind of lol. I'm reading the prompts for character building and 2 for the novice path, then plan to pick a career in the spring. I'm excited!
I'm taking the Faewild Cartographer calling :) I read Emily Wilde back for Spring Equinox and it was a really fun read so hope you enjoy it!
I'm going for Moon Warden and it's going great so far!
I am currently reading Emily Wilde and am really enjoying it. I hope you like it, too!
I have two characters and they are both Rogue Illusionist and Story Weaver respectively. Which means I have 10 prompts to fulfill. Which is why I’m reading exclusively short books this month.
I went for Master of Elements, which is 8 books to read! Which is a little overwhelming but I've chosen some smaller books and am well on my way through them :)
I will be participating as always, so much fun! I'm doing Mage hunter
Archmage all day!
I'm going for spell sword this time!
I am participating in Magical Readathon and my calling is Master of Elements
Happy reading month!
Good luck with your tbr!
I'm really anticipating Emily Wilde whenever I get around to reading it. Hopefully your TBR will be a success in August. My career I am aiming for is the Star Whisperer. I also want to get my dragon riding license and summon an impling, but that would be 11 books altogether so we will see how it goes. 😅
This is my first time participating. I am going for Moon Warden as my calling. My TBR is six books plus I want to do the Impling special quest.
My calling is story weaver! I have to read six books which I’m kind of nervous about since I’ll be traveling a bit. I normally only take my Kindle when I’m traveling, but maybe I’ll take a physical book with me.
Good luck! I normally like to take just one physical book with me in case my battery runs flat ☺️
This will be my first semester at Orilium! Going for Healer calling!
I'm so embarrassed to say I haven't read Red Rising yet... but you bet your butt that it's going to be apart of my Magical Readathon TBR!! I am *terrified*. lol Continuing on my Dream Walker path
I love this readathon too. Of course, because I choose chaos...I have two callings: Demonologist and Alchemist...which means I need to read 18 books in August. I'm so glad manga counts LOL!
I'm also doing the Magical Readathon! My main concern this August is passing my Craftsmage calling (one book down already!) and then doing the sandship engineer and dragon riding license stuff 🐉 Looks like a pretty fun TBR!
First time participating in the Magical Readathon, so excited! Pursuing the Healer calling so 7 book TBR pile and hoping to summon an Impling too. ☺️ I really had to think about the "Earth in title" prompt too, went with Jason M. Hough's The Dire Earth. 🤓 Thanks for introducing me to this readathon Becca! 🫶🏻
The wrath and the dawn is so good and when I reread it recently it was still so good
The magical readathon is also my favorite readathon!! I just love it so much. This year I decided to switch careers and start my wild form Druid journey but that means I have A LOT of books to read for August especially if I wanna summon an impling!! Hope you have a wonderful reading month!!
Nice TBR! I am also part of Magical readathon since the start and loving it so much! I am going for Marter of Elements again this year.
I was scared of Elemental studies 'O' prompt as well, epecially after I learned that the only unread book with Earth in the title on my physical TBR is House of Earth and Blood... I mean, not the shortest book to add to my TBR. haha
I am a Feawild Cartographer and started the readathon with Emily Wilde!
Going to go for either Alchemist or Necromancer bc some of the prompts overlap so whichever i can complete first
I'm going for master of elements and moon warden again this round with hopfully the impling challenge as well. Are you going to be doing your bookopoly readathon again one day?
I still haven't read Emily Wilde's but hopefully before the end of the year
Good luck with your reading!!
so excited for magical readathon! I'll be going for Godseer this round 😄
This is such a fun readathon. I started my calling in spring as a Wild Form Druid. I want to continue that, which means I need to read 12 books just for the calling. I also really want to summon an Impling
I’m also going for Wild Form Druid. But I don’t know if I’ll go for the Impling. I guess it depends on how quickly I get through my other books.
I'm participating as a craftsmage, but school started again (I'm a teacher), so not sure if I'll get to all five of my books.
I’ve owned the wrath and the dawn for ages, so hopefully you like it! 😊 I’m also in the middle of blood sanctuary 1, so really need to catch up next month. We’ll see if I can do that since I’m doing the alchemist career path 😂
I had such a hard time for "Earth" in the title as well. The only one I have is The Science of Middle-Earth so I guess I'm reading that🤷
is bookopolathon happening this year?
Probably not doing it, but definitely not demonology if I change my mind.
My only unread book with Earth in the title seems to be Pillars of the Earth, which is way too long for a readathon.
I'm a Scribe!
Speaking of loving RPGs - are you getting Baldur’s Gate 3???
Yessss!! Probs will wait a lil bit because I won’t be around much in September to play it anyway but I will for sure be playing it co-op with Curtis!
@@BeccaandTheBooks I’ve just spent almost 2 hours in character customization. It’s insane. So good!!! I hope you both have a blast with it. 🥰
I'm continuing with my three callings: Moon Warden, Demonology, and Necromancy!
I am also struggeling with the Earth in the title prompt 😅 all the books with Earth in the title on my goodreads I've already read... but I am sure I'll find one eventually...
my calling is Master of Elements ^.^
🏆truly An Honorary Magical Readathon Fellow, been here from the start 🥹💗💗hope this will be an amazing round for you, seeing that it's a Demonology focus for someone who's studying to be a Demonologist, manifesting the best of times 🥳👹
I am absolutely terrified at my TBR for this semester. I am a slow reader so 7 books in a regular month is like a challenge and one of my books is House of Earth and Blood, an 820 page beast. Along with two other 500+ pagers. Am scurred. 😳😬🫣
I'm thinking of reading House of Earth and blood as well because someone said to start with that and then go on to Throne of Glass so this is going to be a challenge for sure
