Just discovered your channel - my daughter and I make all our own organic soaps, beauty products - have done for years to look after my daughter's very delicate skin. REALLY love all the information you give with your ingredients! Think you're the only channel I've watched that does it! THANKYOU! From Australia ❤
Wow! When you say extreme moisture, you mean it. I have fine, dry hair and your conditioner bar recipe has definitely tamed the frizziea. I'm loving it! Thank you for posting your video and the recipe.
Thank you for being detailed, it helps to understand each ingredient. I went on your site to buy and your sold out..I can see why. They looks amazing. Thank you sharing your recipe, lots of amazing ingredients I might try to make myself. I will keep checking in for when you get some for sale.
I just stumbled upon your channel and absolutely love how informative you are! I have a question about the conditioning bars. Are these meant to be used in the shower with water and rinsed out? Or are they meant to be more of a leave in conditioner?
Thank you so much for the wonderful video. It was very helpful. At what point do you have to test the ph or is that not needed with the bars? I'm still learning and researching. I haven't found the answer to that question.
Thank you for your time. Is neossance the same as squalene? Do you have a recommendation for a substitute for the stephanquate? I have made the citrus shine and love it! Also made the RICE hydrations it’s drying and I’m excited to try it☺ Thank you
What a great recipe! Thankfully I have all the ingredients except for 1, the stephanquat soleil; but that can be easily omitted and replaced with something else. Thanks!
I really love your videos very informative, I’ve been trying to look for a recipe for my daughter’s hair, but I can’t find all the ingredients on this conditioner bar. Stephanquat I can’t find it anywhere, I found another form to spell it Stepanquat but nothing again, can you pls help me where do you buy it, I have tried everything thank you so much for you help!
I love when you put down note about how much grams you use ingredients because my language not perfect but l can read down it help me understand 😂thank you so much for nice video and explaining
I'm really enjoying your presentations thank you so much for sharing and introducing some great ingredients too. I'm happy I found some of these new ones (to me anyway) at Windy Point! I remembered you said you were a western girl so I figured I could look there for them! 😉👍
Thank you so much for this information and it looks like an amazing recipe. I only have BTMS 25 at the moment and am wondering can I substitute this for the BTMS 50 without messing up the recipe?
I asking this question again as I'm making this conditioner bar again, just trying to get this right...I absolutely love this conditioner bar, however, I found my bars quite soft. Can I add stearic acid to harden them up, if so how much do you suggest?
I like the sound of this bar, would you let me know when you have it available to buy, I’m overseas in UK for prolonged period so can’t make any before I leave. Thanks
Just subscribed. Great video. How did you learn to make shampoo and conditioner bars. I have been researching and found only one book and it was not very long.
Like your video. Do you prefer the pressed shampoo bar or the solid ones that pour into molds, and Why? I am wanting to try the solid pour ones for shampoo and conditioner. I cannot afford a press right now. Thank you and God bless.
I’m making this right now at work. I work nights in a home and sometimes I have free time. It’s not done melting but oh my goodness this feels amazing!!!! I can’t wait to use it and give it away as gifts. I’m Thanks so much for this recipe. Question though how much would these sell for? This is an expensive recipe. I’m not selling as of yet. Just more curious:)
Price point has a number of factors , such are sourcing ingredients and discounts buying bulk ingredients. basically you would have to figure out cost of making each bar time it takes to make each bar and then your profit Never sell yourself sort you time and being hand made small batches needs to be accounted for along with quality of product most shampoo bars and conditioner bars sell from 12.00 to 15.00 a bar but ultimately know your products worth
I have a question, I made this recipe, along with the citrus shine one, and this one turned out very soft- it continued to get softer over time/use in the shower?! Have you noticed this or did I somehow make a mistake in the recipe? TY 😊
I’m super excited to try to make these conditioner bars. Thanks for sharing your recipe and methods! I’m wondering if there is a substitute for 2 ingredients, Neossance and Stephanquat?
You could try Coco-Caprylate or fractionated coconut oil to substitute the Neossance . The stephanquat I would replace with maybe BTMS-50 but make sure you fix the formula when subbing keep in mind these are just ideas and I have not tested subbing out these ingredients so out come is unknown
I used your recipe and it worked great. Yet I have concern regarding the usage rate. On brambleberry the recommended usage rate is 3 to 6 percent. The recipe here calls for 29%. Can you pls explain or is it a different btms50 product. Pls share the INCI
Thank you so much for all the informative information! Can't seem to find Stephanquat, is there another name for this ingredient? and where would I purchase? Thank you, once again
I'm not the maker, but I use LuxGlide N5 and N350 as my silicone replacement. I have ecosil as well, but haven't tried it. Daikon seed extract is another ingredient with similar properties. I am really enjoying the LuxGlides though.
I really enjoyed this thorough explanation! Your conditioner bar is very similar to mine and it is great for my hair. I was wondering where you got the molds? I like about a 90 gram bar, and my round mold is a bit too wide. I have the bramble berry citrus slice mold and that is a great size, but I don't want them to look like citrus slices, lol!
