0:56 this is something that BeamNG Drive needs to have, paint scratches, and possibly even be used for dirt/dust on the vehicle. Lmao 1:31 I wasn't expecting that.
WOW! Thanks for the shoutout and showcase! I completely forgot about this, but now that I found it again, I went back to check if you showed it anywhere. Looks awesome, some of the people I work with have similar personalized EUWs to open assets they work on daily.
🤣 Great video, i cant wait to see more and try this game one day, ill gladly support you by buying your unreal pack, your PSXFX and Particles looks awesome you Rock!💥
Just came across your channel with this and backtracked to your previous devlogs, looks really promising! The heist premise alone is excellent, but just looking at the base gameplay of the shooting and driving looks a ton of fun already even at its early state. I think it's great you're not just restricting your retro visuals to just "PS1-style" and instead incorporating plenty of bells and whistles to look the best it can be while having its specific retro style. Nice to learn alongside too with the development, really hope your project comes to fruition, looking forward to playing it!
Just seeing cars with this style of graphics gives strong Vice City vibes which is good for me. Looks promising! Would like to see it when it is finished!
creating a fun and satifying to use dirivng mechanic is a very difficult think to do. Just looking at the gameplay, I want to jump in and try it myself. The rear end wipping about and drifitng on power and turns looks fun as hell.
Keep up the good work its nice to see how much more you have progress,i tried to learn how to use unreal engine but its hard so its nice to see some one who does make a game, cant wait until it comes out on steam
Cool game! What are you doing for the vehicle physics? Is it something custom or something derivative from chaos physics? I have been experimenting with a game of a similar concept but I've been stuck on the driving part, I can't really achieve anything remotely good with Chaos or the default engine physics, it's a bummer.
0:45 I am in love with the police lights effect, it's gotta be the most realistic oneach I've ever seen

More details in this than in AAA games
speaking of particles, you should make the tire smoke drift away in the wind
For sure!
Love the project and packs you create, it's hard work but keep it up! :-)
Thank you! I appreciate it!
It looks amazing! I will definitely buy your game in the future.

It's a shader effect.
